Extremely disappointed!!! I’ve had Shelterlogic shelters in the past that lasted 5 or six years. Now they barely last one year!!!

They went above and beyond taking care of my issue. I was looking for a wheel for my Tommy Bahama cart and after several emails they were able to send me a new one. They were patient and exceeded my expectations. Im very grateful.

5-star service - gréât expérience!
5-star service, very impressive! I called ShelterLogic with a question about product availability and the agent was not able to answer at the time. But then I got a call back in less than 15 minutes as she had found what I was looking for and more. I wasn’t even expecting the call - the agent (Marangelly) too it upon herself to follow up on my question and then call me with a solution. She was wonderful - proactive, helpful, friendly, and responsive. I ended up ordering multiple items and through it all, Marangelly was helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to answer my questions and find the items I needed. It has been an excellent experience so far, especially because it’s so rare these days to get such great service. Thank you!

Service from rep was excellent.
However, the product quality of the regular cover for Garage in a box is terrible. On my fourth cover and the last one only lasted 14 months or so, maybe less. The sun seems to eat it, then is splits, tears and blows away.
My 5 stars is for the gret service from rep. Qualirt would be 0.

Thank you for your feedback on our service. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancy, which might better suit your needs. If you wish to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to call us at 1-800-560-8383.

Sojag is a good product
it helps that Sojag is a good product. My only beef is that you wouldn't honor/match the lower price online. Now I have to wait until stock comes in for 2026 and like everything else prices will jump. The product is great so here's hoping.

In selecting the correct shelter for my boat.. the material was definitely an upgrade from the shelters at retail stores.I bought the shelter last fall,we had quite the winter in Ontario with alot of snow and the shelter handled it well.
