4-Star Review: Wonderful Customer Support Experience with Kim Nelson

I recently ordered a ShelterLogic pavilion/garage that I plan to use as a photo studio set for my work as a professional Santa Claus portrayal artist. I'm always on the lookout for ways to elevate the experience for the families I work with, and this pavilion will be a perfect backdrop for creating a winter wonderland of Christmas magic this holiday season.

While assembling the pavilion, I discovered a missing piece. I placed an order for the part on Wednesday the 16th, but a week later—on Wednesday the 23rd—I still hadn't received any email or notification regarding the shipment. Concerned, I called customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Kim Nelson.

Kim was absolutely a joy to work with. She was kind, professional, and truly helpful. She apologized sincerely for the delay and immediately took action to get the part shipped out. She even emailed me while I was still on the phone to confirm everything. It was a refreshing experience to be treated with such care and efficiency.

The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is due to the initial delay in processing and shipping the missing part. However, Kim’s excellent service certainly helped turn the situation around. ShelterLogic is lucky to have her on their team!

I recently bought an 8x10 pop up shed. Upon opening the box I noticed that there was a few rips in the cover panel. Claiming the warranty on the site was a very simple process, and I received an answer the day after submitting the warranty. After a few follow up questions a replacement was agreed to be sent to me, with one slight problem. The color I have is not available for a few months, a substitute color was suggested.
ShelterLogic is going to send me a full panel cover for the entire shed so that I do not have a mismatched colored shed. Which I will be receiving in 5 days.
Amazingly fast service, and replacing all of the panels is above and beyond customer service that you do not see much anymore.
I will be purchasing all of my future sheds and outdoor structures from ShelterLogic.

I had a very disturbing situation, it was handled to my complete satisfaction given the parameters. I will say though the number of tube's that required removal of burrs on the inside was very frustrating. If the cost of removal is too expensive, at least point out the possibility and include a deburring tool.

I ordered this Shelter Logic replacement canopy after finding out the life span of another replacement canopy to be very short. The reason I am returning the one I ordered was that I picked the wrong model/size. Lynn was very helpful with the return and ordering the correct size. We were missing a couple of parts on our Mini Greenhouse.
They made right and immediately offered to ship us a brand new greenhouse.
I was happily surprised and I highly commend their customer service! Good customer service is hard to find and these guys hit it out of the park!

The time, expense, and aggravation are not worth it for their product. Check warranty information carefully and believe it. Waste of money for me.

My covers were essentially like newspaper with hundreds of holes and splits, especially in places shielded from the weather. Of course, after warranty. The cover and the doors were self-destructing at the same time uniformly. If it was just happening at points riding the frame or sections with the most exposure to the elements, I'd be more understanding, but it was happening to everything simultaneously. After complaining, I received an email from John Rodgers, telling me they would sell me their top-of-the-line cover at a discount. (After spending 5000.00 this is the best they would do.)
The pricing wasn't in the email. I asked for further information and never got any response. (So much for 5 Star Customer Service Reviews here.)

Read reviews from the last 6 months to get a better feel for their products.

THE WEATHER WILL BEAT THESE THINGS TO DEATH! High winds, (any wind), snow, and the sun are not friendly to this product.

(I have Tarps from Harbor Freight for 40.00 that are still out in the weather many years longer than this product and in good shape).

I should have bought a cheap cover for my boat and parked it somewhere for the winter. I'd be ahead thousands of $$.

Christina Damiano made her best effort to troubleshoot ad resolve my issue. Product has a tear in the cover. As there was no greenhouses in stock they were not able to send me a replacement.
