I ordered what I thought was the best choice for me, however they did not suit me at all. I requested a refund via email and phone. I was disregarded. No acknowledgement of my request, so I was left to use a store credit. No reply to my request- appalling service.

Prompt postage, well made, as shown, however slightly shorter in fit that expected on my body (5ft 8)

Sheila May Swim would not consider a refund. In this day and age it's unheard of that you can't return an online purchase for a refund. They made me aware of their return policy when I questioned the refund - there is no menu option on their website - you have to scroll to the very end of the home page. This should be made clear when you order. I understand swimsuits can't be returned but I had purchased a towel hoodie which did not meet my expectations for the price charged.

Delivery was quick and return was fairly easy. I live the colours and the mix and match tops and bottoms. There are even plain colours to choose from too.

I'm not normally a review kind of person but these bathers deserve a review!

My order arrived promptly here in New Zealand. I love the colour. Such a change from black for me. I liked that they were super easy to pull on even when they were wet.I bought a size 14 bottom and 18 top which meant I got the perfect size for me. Wore them in the waves and had no issues with over exposure.

Bought high cut bottoms and snap it up top in a size smaller then what my measurements are, as per instructions on the website.
Do not buy these bathers if you are actually looking for any kind of support in the bust. I'm sure they'd be OK if you're the type of mum that lounges on the beach but if you're someone who likes to play in the water with your kids or even snorkle, then buy something else. There is more support in in a 10$ shein crop top. The bottoms material stretches ridiculously far on the diagonal so there's zero support when they get wet and you might as well be wearing your nannas knickers.
Understanding that I could not return them because I had worn them (once and never again) and not expecting much as a response, I was still so disappointed with the teams response of "we're launching a second hand facebook sales page". These bathers are ridiculously expensive for the lack of quality and support. 100% do not recommend if you intend to wear them in the water.

Fast delivery, quality & stylish

I was drawn to Sheila May Swim because I saw ladies my shape (pear shaped with tummies) and my size (18/20) modelling the swim wear.
For once, I wasn't seeing a large lady toned by gym work in togs (. I love the range of top and bottom styles. Also the fact that one knows that your bathing suit is two piece but looks like a one piece. The colours and patterns are amazing. I'm currently awaiting delivery of my third order. For me, knowing that my togs fit and suit my figure when I swim is a fabulous feeling. Thank you.

I bought the button up top which is too short for my long torso ❌
And the pants are too high, going all the way up to just under my bust ❌
The other styles look like they will be the same so I’m stuck with a store credit that I can’t really use. 🥲

I love my posy swing top. I bought it to go with swim bottoms that I already owned. I had to exchange the top for a smaller size. When that arrived I was nervous that it would be too short and revealing but it’s just right and the shelf bra feels really supportive. The print is really fun. It’s been a long time since I felt this good in bathers. Thank you!

I got these bathers from Sheila May after seeing their ads forever.
They’re mix and match sets, the top has a built in support with cups, and the bottoms are nice and fitted.
I’m wearing size 14 top, and am about a size 14F-G.
I bought the blue bottoms first at a size 18 as per the chart but have had to grab the size 16 as the 18 was a bit big. Still wearable but not good for diving or wave swimming.

9/10 from me - great quality, comfort and I love that I can nurse in the snap it up top.

The exchanges and returns policy was disappointing: do not recommend if you think you may need to change size and/or style: only one return was allowed, which you have to pay postage for anyway.

The service is excellent, the website is super easy to navigate and the swimwear is simply divine and a perfect fit .
A particular fav for me are the swing tops, needless to say I have more than one!
