Easy to order, lots of options, Feels good on and the fit is great

There was some confusion around something I had returned but after waiting a few weeks for the exchange I thought was being sent I contacted the company and had excellent assistance to sort things .
The email I had received was confusing but they have reassured me that they are trying to change the automated emails to avoid this . The actual bottoms I chose are perfect great design and fit.

This towel wrap dress is such a simple design… but I honestly don’t know how I’ve gotten this far in life without it!
Absolutely brilliant, beautiful trait to size fit and style, the material is better than expected. Drying but not bulky and scratchy like a towel. I don’t go to the water without it!

Service and delivery was prompt and easy.

I will not buy any further products. Purchased two wrap toweling dresses, very disappointed with the products. They were not worth $130 each, not of good quality and not well designed.

I have issues with sizing, both the top and bottom are too big, i would like to return but i am only offer a credit note and I would prefer to have my money back. I don't think i will buying swimwear overseas again. also when buying i did not expect the huge costs of customs fees etc

The swimsuits arrived quickly, but after trying them on I needed a smaller size and the return process was easy. The swimsuit feels and looks great on.

The sizing runs quite large. I usually wear a size 12–14, but needed to exchange for a size 10. The return process for sizing was straightforward, but it’s worth keeping in mind when ordering.
The high-cut bottoms are very high-cut, with less coverage than I expected. The crop top is also quite short, so if you have a longer torso, you may find it doesn’t provide much coverage through the midriff.
My biggest disappointment was the return policy. As a first-time customer, purchasing from Sheila May felt like a risk, and the no-refund policy means that if the swimmers aren’t the right fit or style, you’re left with store credit despite a significant upfront purchase.

Swimwear not designed for swimming. Colours fade +++

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other consumers should be aware of my experience.

I purchased a swimsuit from Sheila The Label after relying on the published sizing information. When it arrived, I found the fit significantly tighter than expected and unsuitable for my intended use.

I contacted the company immediately after receiving the item. It was unworn, with tags and hygiene liner attached, and I returned it exactly as instructed.

After the return was received, I was issued store credit rather than a refund to my original payment method. I then contacted the company again and specifically requested that the refund instead be returned to my Visa card because I had lost confidence in ordering another swimsuit after my experience with the sizing.

The company declined that request and advised that the store credit would remain the form of refund.

As a result, what should have been a straightforward customer service issue became a lengthy and stressful dispute involving my bank. I have spent far more time than I ever expected trying to resolve a $125 purchase.

My advice to anyone considering buying swimwear from this retailer is to read the sizing information and return policy very carefully before purchasing, particularly if buying sale items. If the item is not suitable, you should consider whether you would be happy receiving store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method.

A generic apology does not resolve the problem.

The issue is not that I misunderstood your policy. The issue is that you refused to refund my original payment method after receiving the swimsuit back in perfect condition. As a result, this matter remains unresolved and has had to be escalated.

If you genuinely regret my experience, then resolve it immediately.

My first order was unfortunately lost in transit and never made it from Australia to Finland. However, Sheila May Swim’s customer service was easy to reach and responded quickly, investigating the situation right away. They promptly arranged a replacement order, which arrived much faster.
I was a little nervous about ordering such an expensive swimsuit without trying it on first from the other side of the world, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The swimsuit feels high quality, and the size was spot on thanks to their size charts.
10/10, highly recommended!
