I have bought 2 pairs of slippers and some leather gloves. Such good quality, comfy and so pretty. I look forward to buying more slippers, especially as I have seen they are doing outdoor soles.

What an amazing small business! I ordered my first pair of sheeper’s slippers last year for some comfy WFH footwear and they were rarely off my feet! I’ve just ordered and received my new pair and they are just a comfy and warm as the last (which are now retired as a spare set at my parents for when I visit!)
The quality and fit of the slippers is second to none and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever buy other slippers again!

One star because I just saw them shame someone online who returned slippers and never got a refund. Nevermind they posted all their stuff online, the slippers looked like they had been tried on and returned but they haven’t refunded them and shamed this woman online. That’s some awful treatment and customer service. They thought they’d get perfect slippers back that they will be able to resell when clearly person was complaining about them being faulty so i don’t get this whole entitlement

Ordered two pairs of the most amazing sheepers slippers for my daughters, three words is all it takes to review these beauty’s, LUSH,COSY AND QUALITY. We now have some happy feet in this household will definitely be ordering some more.

My husband bought me a pair for my birthday - I love them and want to order different pairs for each day of the week!

It was an international shipment so I kind of figured it would be months before they arrived - pleasantly surprised to have them in my mailbox 3 weeks later.

Beautifully made, love the variety of colors and very quick turnaround time. Will be ordering again!

I first came across Sheepers via PTWM. Ordered my first pair and fell in love. I have since ordered more. Warm comfortable slippers with a twist of looking different to other slippers. They are really hard wearing and last. Can’t wait to order my new pair 🥰

Absolutely love my Sheepers 😍. What started out with one pair for a birthday present has soon turned in to 3 pairs as I can't stop buying myself them 🙈! Not only is my collection ever growing, I have now started buying them for family and again they love them just as much as I do! Can't fault the customer service, delivery or quality of my sheepers! Love each and every pair and cannot wait to order myself some more soon 🥰

I initially ordered 2 pairs of Sheepers (1 for me and 1 a gift) after seeing them on PTWM Instagram in March 2020. Nearly 2 years and both pairs being worn daily they are still going strong. The fur is perfect for keeping your toes cosy in winter but also cool in summer. Once you own one pair you will never go back to wearing any other slippers and I now have enough pairs for each day of the week!! I have pairs from the regular range and from the faulty/seconds range and am unable to see any difference at all.

When I bought mine they recommended sizing down as after a couple of wears the soles mould to your foot and leather relaxes and stretches. However I stuck with my standard size due to having wide feet and every pair fits like a glove.

Cannot recommend Sheepers enough!

So I came across this amazing small business a while ago and I'd be asking for a pair of sheepers for so long! My partner ordered me a pair for Christmas, so the ones he'd originally ordered where out of stock, he didn't see the email until Christmas eve (typical man) haha, so we replied to the email asking for another pair and when they came back from Christmas break on the Tuesday, they emailed us back and by the Thursday I had my elsa sheepers, they are beautiful! The customer service team was absolutely brilliant and we've had no issue at all, when they come they're a little snug, but they break in with in the day and I've lived in them ever since (except for going out of course) but if I could i would wear them out too haha! They're worth every single penny and I will definitely be purchasing again, everyone that's seen them have all loved them and now I have some idea of what I'll be buying people for Christmas this year! Haha

I own 2 pairs of sheepers and have bought 6 pairs of lucky dip sheepers as gifts in the last few months for my children and for friends and can’t fault them at all.
My first pair have been worn day in and day out from the moment I get up until I go to sleep (joys of working from home!) for just over a year. They are the comfiest slippers and have softened and moulded to my feet. After so much wear they are now looking tatty (no issues with stitching or thread though just generally not in the best condition now which is totally understandable) so treated myself to another pair a few months ago but can’t bear to swap over!
The lucky dip/faulty sales have been amazing. My only regret is not buying more for myself when they were in stock!

I have ordered 3 pairs in total in a 5 week period, two of which where your faulty sale slippers and cannot believe how amazing all of them are! Stardust mules, kids faulty and woman’s faulty and they are all the best slippers ever, my little girl is 2 and it’s a fight to get her slippers off to put actual shoes on! The personal little touches such as a message on the delivery note make you realise how small your wonderful little company is! Will 100% be using your company again

I love this small independent company so much, I have about 6/7 pairs of slippers, I’m spoilt for choice at their range that’s why I keep buying them, and the sales they have, WOW you can certainly pick up a bargain and even their faulty slippers look brand new and nothing wrong with them. If you want unique,comfy,warm slippers or any sheepskin products then Sheepers is the place for you. X

Absolutely horrified by this company's customer services. I bought my partner slippers for Christmas pres, they have a faulty back/structure and don’t stay on at all. They are defective/badly made and were never worn. I sent 3 photos of them, including the soles with stickers still in-tact, to customer services and asked how to return them. I was sent messages saying Sheepers wont accept them back, they take no responsibility, and weirdly accused of me of lying about them being worn! I am now unfortunately taking them to the small claims court, partly as they've been so unbelievably rude. Dont risk buying from these guys unless you dont mind your money going directly into the bin via a lot of faff.

Beautiful slippers, excellent quality and finish, even better than expected - will definitely be ordering again as they made a wonderful gift. The recipient was very happy.

As promised I am writing a further review after Sheepers asked me to contact them in August 2021. They offered me another pair of slippers and to do a more positive review; I said I would but ONLY after 3/4 months of wearing the slippers given that my last pair fell apart within 2 months. Given the time of year I wear these slippers all day whilst in the house. We have a mixture of hard floors and carpets so these slippers are worn on different floor types. So far they are staying together. This pair seems a lot better made than the last pair I brought. The stitching is very different and more sturdy.
I am pleased I finally have a decent pair of slippers but I am still only giving them 3 stars due to the appalling customer service they have.
I would still advise people to read all the negative reviews first before buying these. Blaming a "new staff member" for appalling customer service is a very poor excuse for shoddy workmanship as they claim the slippers are meant to last for years but clearly haven't in some cases. I'm wondering if they are unable to keep up with the demand for these slippers after paying influencers to promote their products?

I can see that there are further bad reviews again about customer service which may get blamed on new staff, who knows?

I am satisfied with my slippers but when these slippers eventually wear out I won't buy from Sheepers again which is a shame as I like supporting small businesses.

Gave these slippers to my mum for Christmas - she loved them! Really warm and cosy and beautiful to look it, just that little bit different!
