Do not bother! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Enormous delays, no communication. The end product is poor quality, very thin, stitching is loose after minimal wear.

Fantastic slippers and great company to deal with.
Delighted with the slippers fro my daughter in law, sellers were fantastic in getting them to me in time for Christmas even though I left it until the last minute and were so quick in responding to my queries. The slippers are fantastic quality and really well made. Will definitely be using these guys again.

The slippers arrived quickly even though it was near Christmas. They were packed well, coming in a special "Sheepers" bag. Our grand-daughter was delighted with them. We were pleased that they fitted well. She was also delighted with the bag......as an 8-year old would be!

Comfort, style an amazing customer service.... what more could you ask for?😍
I have been wearing sheepers for nearly 4 years an I have never worn such a comfy pair of slippers. They keep your feet warm in the winter an cool in the summer. The designs are so nice that I currently have 4 pairs. They make the perfect gift an everyone I have bought them for all agree that they are the most comfy slippers ever.
Sheepers customer service is amazing. They are quick to reply to messages an go above an beyond to help you with any question you have. I highly recommend treating yourself to a pair. You won't be disappointed 🤩

I have bought several pairs of slippers mens, womens and baby booties. All were great quality and when given as gift people loved them. Their PJs are also really lovey.

Might be worth sizing up.
Got some slippers for Christmas, wore them all day to see if they would wear in as they are non returnable lucky dip ones. They feel soft and comfy on my feet themselves but for a size six they are far too small and my toes are digging in at the end and I probably won't wear them as I don't think I can cope long term. Such a shame as I average a size 5.5 so a 6 is always fine and it didn't mention anywhere to size up!

Item never received
Unfortunately it took Sheepers 10 days to inform me that my item was out of stock. Leaving 3 days until the Christmas postage cut off to find a replacement. They also asked for a further £19 from me in order to receive another item in time for Christmas. Customer service replies were prompt once highlighting the issue. However failed to understand or sympathise with the inconvenience and upset this has caused this close to Christmas.

AVOID BUYING FROM SHEEPERS! Updated
Please DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered some slippers that did not arrive I contacted customer services who told me they were recorded as being delivered therefore there was nothing that they could do. They Have NOT been delivered and they are refusing to either refund or send a replacement pair. Be warned - if you enjoy paying for goods that you never receive, then go ahead and order from this company, if you would prefer to receive the gods- then order with a different company. 25.08.22

I did reach out to them on a number of different occasions - they told me that there was nothing they could do and in the end I had to raise a dispute through Klarna ( which I thankfully paid with) Klarna upheld my claim and forced the company to reimburse me)

Beware the stitching.....!!
I bought a beautiful pair of Pixie slippers. So comfortable and my absolute favourite of any
pair of slippers, and I've owned a lot. I even sent them an email telling them how pleased I was. HOWEVER........we are now only 13 DAYS into wearing them, very preciously, and all the stitching on one slipper had come COMPLETELY UNDONE, and slipper falling apart... Already??? Who've is paid to see these is really doing a CRAP job. I Jane contacted Sheepers, via email, to send me a FREEPOST busy to return it, to that restitched, or replace the slipper. There is NO EXCUSE for poor/bad workmanship, and I think my slippers were seen up by someone with a huge grudge, especially after reading quite a few reviews mentioning the proper quality stitching. For a small company, you would think they would do their utmost to get the best publicity they could, not poor reviews regarding the longevity(or not) of the slippers. I will update this review, when/if I hear back and the slipper is repaired or replaced. (I actually bought a pair for my mother for Christmas.... Not sure now that it was a good idea...) My favourite slippers ever!!
I have bought a few pairs of slippers from sheepers now, and they’re honestly the only slippers I’ll ever wear again! They’re so comfortable! I always get compliments about them (and my kids slippers!) whenever people visit. They’re a brilliant little company with above and beyond customer service :) I always recommend them!

Make sure you wear them IMMEDIATELY to check for damages!
If you buy these as a gift make sure the recipient wears them immediately! I purchased a full price pair for my mother and she kept them until the weather got colder.
She’s worn them for 2 weeks and the stitching has completely come undone on one slipper.
Contacted Sheepers to express my disappointment and because they are outside the 6 month warranty, no refund or exchange offered and only a 20% discount if I was to order a new pair!
So basically, the 6 month warranty highlights they only guarantee their slippers will last that long.
Totally unhelpful and will NEVER buy again! I can go buy a pair in primark that would be a fraction of the price, would probably last longer and if there was an issue I’m sure they’d be replaced too!

No seller protection
No seller protection, terrible customer service and unrealistic returns policies. Urge anyone to source products elsewhere - where you can actually send unsuitable products back and get a full refund.

AVOID - Cheap quality. Terrible company and customer service for poor quality shoes.
UPDATE: Not On The High Street refunded for the item because Sheepers wouldn't which doesn't align with their decision at all. Even after this Sheepers keep 'bleating' about how they can't return worn items even though they were only tried on once and the original reason they said they wouldn't return was because the tag was missing. Get your reasons straight. If your products are unsellable after trying on once it suggests your products are bad.
Therefore please do check you have quality products prior to selling them to customers, and then you won't need a poor returns policy. Thank you!
They have suggested I have made a review about the wrong company on Trust Pilot which is just comically desperate.
They would obviously rather have this negative review than a content customer.
Business 101. Make a great product and 2. The customer is always right and you go above and beyond to make sure that is the case. Do better.

I bought a pair of slippers and removed the STRING tag as it was preventing me from trying them on properly. I returned the item but was denied a refund due to a STRING tag being removed as the deemed this unsellable! It would take 30 seconds to replace.
I bought these via NOTHS where their policy was not stated.
They offered to send me the item back at my expense.
The product is as cheap as the company and their policy, they obviously need every penny they can get.

I am not embarrassed to admit that I own 15+ pairs [some are my children’s]. Seeing reviews, I’m not quite sure what people expect, if you buy slippers from large companies they cost 3 times the amount and still only last a year or so. For this cost, you can’t expect them to last forever, like 99% of items that don’t cost the world. I have so many pairs not due to breakage but just generally loving all the styles, all are still in great condition and I have one pair designed for outside use and don’t wear the others outside. Yes I’d like to see more that have solid soles rather than having to change them over, but if you treat them how you are instructed to on the card, they will last.
And to add - this talk of rudeness from the team really must be people being sensitive or using it to get sympathy. The ladies [and men!] have always been so accommodating when I’ve asked for a certain style on lucky dip when really as we all know lucky dip you don’t get to choose normally.

I had 2 pairs fall apart after just 3…
I had 2 pairs fall apart after just 3 months and refunds refused. I stupidly ordered again because they are really comfy and look great and i was willing to accept them only lasting a few months, however this time i accidentally ordered mules instead of the standard slipper so immediately returned and purchased the correct standard slipper. i have now been refused refund on the mules as apparently there are marks on them?! I put them straight back in the bag upon realising they were mules, so they are just straight up lying and will do anything to avoid refunding customers by the looks of other reviews and my experiences. I will actively be telling people never to buy these and ceremoniously burning my new pair in frustration at my stupidity for spending what has now been north of £100 on this horrible company. I am also going to escalate to trading standards in the hopes they are forced to stop treating their customers this way and no one else wastes their money.
*update: after being told by sheepers that lucky dip items are unrefundable I checked and that was clear so I had missed that, so I asked for an exchange which is permitted. I have been denied this as well based on the fact they are claiming the slippers had been worn, but I took them straight out the bag to see I had ordered the incorrect ones and returned them, so the damage was either already there or has been caused by them after receiving the return. I have no way to prove this and would probably let it go had I not already wasted so much money on their product, I will be reporting to trading standards. To anyone thinking of buying from Sheepers, the product is great but just be aware they fall apart quickly and don't expect the usual customer service experience you would expect from a company if you make a mistake in ordering or have a bad experience with the product, you will be blamed.

I’m genuinely disappointed as I love my…
I’m genuinely disappointed as I love my sheepers from the point of view of style and warmth but I’ve had two pairs now where the top of the shoe has come away from the sole. The first pair I just wrote off as a one off and purchased another pair in May of this year. However after only 6 months of use (and not heavy use it’s happened again).
Having reported this to sheepers (about both pairs of slippers) because it was two days out of the 6 month warrantee they wouldn’t offer a replacement or repair. They have offered me a voucher but I’m honestly unsure whether to buy another pair now as I now doubt the quality of the product especially looking at other reviews on here which seem to quote the same issue. It’s such a shame as I was going to buy some for presents for Christmas and I now also feel guilty for encouraging friends and family to purchase a pair.
*update - they did get in contact to offer me a replacement but I turned the offer down on the basis of this should have been offered in the first place.
