Excellent, sustainable product. Better than expected.

I found this company online, I was searching for a fairtrade item. My items arrived quickly and were really well packaged. I would definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be using them again 👍

Bought some gifts for my granddaughter’s birthday. We’ve visited the shop in York and love it. The online site was easy to use, with lots of fabulous gift ideas. The things I ordered were carefully packed and arrived safely very quickly. I will definitely use this website again .

I was very impressed in how quick my order arrived. The packaging was spot on but unfortunately 1 of the mugs was damaged. After I let Shared Earth they were prompt to send me a replacement.
I really like the mugs and the price was good too.
I will certainly use Shared Earth again.

Beautiful cards. Really colourful and a good size. The Dreamcatcher is gorgeous too. Excellent company with fast delivery.

When looking for a Christmas gift for my sister at 81yrs of age, who over time has got most things, I spotted a rattan little shopping bag with a picture of a 🐈‍⬛.
As she has recently adopted a black cat this was perfect.
My purchase was quickly delivered, the cost competitive and I shall be using the Shared Earth Website for more interesting items.

Have bought from the shop in York previously.

Ordered rainbow mugs, bowls and oil burner online this time. Well packaged and timely delivery.

I cannot fault the recent customer service when there was a problem with my order. Absolutely amazing - as are the beautiful gifts I bought.

Great product and arrived promptly.

Ordering was exceptionally easy and goods arrived within 2days of ordering - amazing service. Goods exactly as pictured on site.

Amazing experience from ordering to delivery.
Great communication throughout
Super fast service and all items packaged carefully

Wonderful products. I love the desi gulab products - the most authentic rose smell I have found.

I had such an amazing experience with Shared Earth. I contacted their York store to source a bag, and they were so helpful and efficient, they arranged for it to be shipped straight away. I was especially impressed that they even replied instantly on a Sunday! Their customer service is truly outstanding kind, prompt, and personal. Highly recommend!

I also had a wonderful tarot card reading during a previous visit, which made the experience even more special. I can’t wait to visit the store again one day. So grateful and impressed with how wonderful they are! 🌍💚

Excellent products, ethically sourced, speedy and efficient delivery with good communication and tracking information.

I loved the entire range of products on the easy to navigate website and the additional discount on the day I made my purchase was a nice bonus! The products I bought were of good quality and really lovely - packaged nicely and smooth and quick delivery process, including updates. Would recommend and also order again!
