when my package arrived- one of the earrings on one set was broken. The clasps joining the two parts were far too small for me to fix on my own. Also, the earrings themselves are very painful in my sensitive ears. The sensitivity is not my main concern- but for the price to have one earring broken so that I cannot wear that set is disappointing- and the time and money I would lose to facilitate the return is excessive.

I have ordered from Shani Jacobi in the past and have been so happy with the jewellery items and how quickly they came! But this past time, I have had issues with the delivery- I have been sent round and round in circles with the couriers and they failed to offer a full refund or re-send my package, regardless of the fact that the parcel never came to my address. All I asked for was a refund or re-shipment after waiting a month for the parcel to arrive, and unfortunately this still hasn’t been resolved.

My boyfriend ordered me jewellery from here last year in December a week before Christmas and it is now march 19th and I have still not received anything. He has contacted the place multiple times and they said they sent it to Melbourne when I live in the Gold Coast then they said they would resend it and refund him. They refunded him and said they ‘sent’ another package and it has not come still he has contacted multiple times and they said they won’t do anything about it because they can’t. It is poor customer service and they can’t even send a package to someone. Do not buy from this place unless you want to be waiting for months. They haven’t sent him even a tracking code or asked for his details when he got ‘sent’ a new package and they haven’t reached out or sent literally any information or saying your order will be here soon. There has been zero contact from them. They are terrible at customer service and I’m still waiting on my order.
