Best diet bars I’ve tried for a long time
Have tried 4 different bar flavours- cookie crunch, caramel crunch, strawberry crisp and the muesli and white chocolate. All of them delicious and very filling. I have tried lots of meal replacement bars over the last few years after being a number one fan of Exante which sadly closed. These are the best bars that I’ve tried since! They don’t upset my stomach either which as an IBS sufferer is very important. Will definitely be repurchasing!!

Hi Alex,
Cookie Crunch, Caramel Crunch, Strawberry Crisp and the Muesli & White Chocolate all making the cut is lovely to hear, especially after trying so many bars over the years. It is also really positive that they feel filling and have suited your stomach well, and we are so glad you have found a new favourite.

I've done the Cambridge Diet before
I've done the Cambridge Diet before, so I decided to try "shake the weight." I liked the products better, especially the bars, and the meals weren't bad either. I've been on it for six weeks now and have lost 2 and a half stone! My only real complaint is that the bars I liked the most were often out of stock or I had to wait for them to come in. If they could fix that, it would be a lot better.

Hi Anthony,
Two and a half stone in six weeks is a fantastic achievement, you should be very proud. It is also great that the bars stood out for you and that the meals have been working well, though I am sorry the favourites were often out of stock and caused delays. If you would like to share which ones you struggled to get, please email hello@shakethatweight.co.uk so the team can look into it.

Happy Customer
This company is efficient and reliable. Once you have made a couple of orders you learn which are your favourites. Sometimes the most popular items go out of stock so it is worth ordering early if you want your favourites. Once you take into account the zero waste and negligible preparation costs it isn’t expensive either.

Loved them
Loved the meal pouches and most of the shakes have been nice so far. I just hope that they can get ontop of the restocking issue because over half the products were out of stock these past 2 weeks.
Took a star away because all these 'unprompted reviews' are incorrect this was a bought response.
