The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Nothing wrong with the product, just the way they are packed. Every delivery I have had, the parcel arrives beat up with holes & tears in it. Either use more robust packaging or change delivery company.

Products taste fine.

Apart from that the products taste fine.
I purchased the 21 day kick plan and I think you get 67 items, I would have preferred to choose my own products.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been feeling a bit tired and that things weren’t quite what you expected, especially around fruit and veg and your daily calories. We completely understand how that can feel frustrating when you’re just getting started.
On the Sprint plan, there is a little more flexibility, so some people do choose to include small amounts of low calorie veg, but the core structure is still built around the packs to ensure you’re getting the right balance of nutrition. If you’re over 17 stone, having 5 items a day is absolutely fine, but it can take a few days for your body to adjust, especially in the early stages. Staying well hydrated can really help with energy levels too.
In terms of the 21 Day Kickstart bundle, this is a preselected mix designed to give you variety and keep things simple when starting out, but we completely understand wanting to choose your own favourites. That’s something many customers move on to once they know what they enjoy most.

It really works!!
Delivery is quick.

Meals are surprisingly tasty which i wasn't expecting and the tortillas are an absolute lifeline!

Great delivery
I wasn’t home when the delivery came, but I had the notification through the doorbell and I asked for it to be placed in a secure area. These instructions were followed, so on my return home I was able to retrieve my delivery.

I have lost 2 stone from 12 to 10 stone…
