If it was possible to give negative, I would have given that. They cheated with us in every step of the process.
Step 1: at the time of estimation, they did a video tour of the entire house, and the quotation given was of 3500-4000 usd for our shipment from US to India. I understand that final amount could be slightly more than that (10-20%), but when they came for pick up the quotation shared was 7200 and ofcourse I had no choice as I couldn't get anyone else at the last moment and they made full use of it by extorting us.
Step 2: The person they sent in the US, kept packing the stuff without bubble wrap and we kept requesting that we have paid for bubble wrap and hence please do it so that our delicate stuff and crockery doesnt break. But they didnt listen and even left few stuff as they left in hurry.
Step 3: Then they assured that our left stuff will be picked up and will be repacked and leave US by end of December before we leave from US. We kept asking that when is it leaving and then they suddenly had man power shortage and due to which our shipment didn't leave before we left again inspite of repeated assurance that our shipment will leave US before we leave from there. Finally, it left 1 month later than it's earlier scheduled date.
Step 4: we were assured they will repack the stuff again so that it doesn't break when it gets delivered to us. But the poor experience continued, and when we received the item in India, everything that could be broken was broken. Bed, dresser, coffee table, crockery, suitcase etc. I will share the photo as well.
Step 5: when I complained with evidence about it, they said you have taken a basic insurance package and our team will get back. And it's been a month since I kept writing to them, and like they have been doing, they are not sharing any timeline of the damage compensation.

The reason I am sharing this is that no one else face this problem that I face by using their service.

Biggest crooks in the business .. held my stuff hostage for over a month and did not deliver on what they promised . I had to pay someone out of pocket to do what they were paid to do . NEVER do business with them !!! Horrible unethical and unprofessional .. they are basically THUGS

0 review very bad service and delivery my contract is door to door but sadab say he just only only delivered not a fitting and am pay extra 2500$. and my some item is missing atleast 8 box is missing very rude customer service he dont pick the call avoid this service very big scam in sfl worldwide am pray god this company closed quickly because he scam the customers

I recently had my shipment arrive from Pakistan and SFL handled clearance and delivery of my shipment. Utkaarsh from SFL was amazing in how he handled the shipment kept me informed communicated constantly and most importantly called me to guide me through filling of forms etc. I am not very good at forms and some were hard for me but Utkaarsh was indispensable giving up his time and making sure everything was done in a timely manner.

A convenient and budget-friendly way to send packages/documents to India.

I had a bad experience with SFL. I sent eight boxes from US to India. One of them with electronic items. I received only seven packages finally. After tracking with SFL, I got one standard answer that they lost the package at customs warehouse.

Don’t use SFL for shipping your valuable stuffs. Means they are not capable of handling the business professionally. Don’t waste money on this movers who can ship only junks from source to destination.

At last they will ask us to take compensation not worth to your goods you are sending.

This company is a cheat. Starting from the sales person, who commits on all sorts of things and later conveniently retracts. And forces the customer to sign declaration that he will not go to social media. Since this is illegal to force somebody in lieu of compensation, I have filed a complaint against them at the consumer forum in Texas. If this company forces someone else to do the same, I encourage you to do the same. It can be done online and in a few steps.

Punit helped me in sending some imp docs from US to India at a very compettive price than others, and with tracking all the way to delivery address. Happy with using SFL as my courier service.

We were skeptical at first and now we are believers. We needed some important documents to travel very quickly to Poland from the USA. Except mattresses all other appliances, furniture including leader sofas were damped in water during the shipping and spoiled beyond usage. Electrical appliances (Washer and Dryer) got dents, broken control panels. Probably mishandled in every stage of shipping, soon after we handed over the goods from our home from Irving, Tx to shipped to India.

Absolutely appalling service from SFL. I entrusted them with shipping a product, and it arrived in a deplorable condition—completely damaged. Attached the pictures of that.
To make matters worse, their customer service was a nightmare. I reached out hoping for a resolution or some form of compensation, but was met with indifference and ineptitude. They seemed more interested in brushing off my concerns than actually addressing the issue.
This company’s lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers and ensure proper handling of shipments.
