Je n’ai tout simplement jamais vue la couleur de mon colis. Il était un important, au moins je me suis fait rembourser. Je n’ai jamais eu d’explication sur où était mon colis et leur site ne prenais même pas en compte mon numéro de suivie c’est une catastrophe
Speedy parcel delivery China to UK
Had a parcel sent from China to UK without any problems at all. Item was sent 28 April 26 and arrived 6 May 26. Was able to track it all the way, even the aircraft it was on from Ezhou to East Midlands. Final delivery was by Royal Mail tracked 48.

This SF Express van GBM4308U, horn us at the entrance of the carpark, without signaging that it is turing right, to go into to the Block 532 carpark gantry.
Me and another lady pedestrian were quite started by his loud horning as we are still walking.
He then press on his loud speaker (sound exactly during the rallies, LOUD) telling us to "FASTER WALK LAH"!
We are walking on our 2 legs, we don't fly, to let him enter the carpark gantry.
This van has illegal modifications to his van, wonder if there are more of these illegally modifications to their van, to chase pedestrian to give way to them, within this company!

Personally, I think this is the worst courier in the world. I’ve had to deal with them several times, unfortunately, and every single time they’ve asked me for documents I had already provided. They call constantly, but then nobody answers, they hang up, or they don’t speak a word of English. To top it off, even after I sent extra documentation for a pair of pants I bought online, they cancelled the shipment and claimed I was the one who requested the cancellation. They’re a bunch of amateurs who should be in a different line of work.

Just leaving this review as I placed an order with the Glitch Production store and hadn't come across SF Express as a courier before so I was worried after reading the reviews here.
The tracking didn't update on the courier's website but I use the iPhone app "Parcel" which tracked the shipment perfectly and showed every update from both China and the UK, with the last mile courier being Evri. I ordered my item on 18/03 and it was delivered today, 25/03, so much quicker than I usually get parcels from China. Not sure if I'm an outlier or not!

Horrible. Don't order from here unless you want to experience intense mental distress. I waited 3 months for my shipping and it still has not come. Shipping from war areas will come faster than this shipping company

Awful service
Awful service. Ordered a dress for my daughter which was for a 60th birthday celebration. Ordered off amazon on the 15th February with a delivery date of either 26th or 27th February. It finally turned up yesterday 11th March - nearly 4 weeks later. Website is impossible to use unless you are a Chinese resident. I had a 3rd party tracking site called parcel monitor which sent tracking details which wasn't accurate. Had i known amazon were using this service to deliver i absolutely would not have bothered. These sort of details need to be displayed clearly then hopefully people won't order and amazon will drop this service.

J’attends la livraison prévue le 20 février 2026 . Le délai est dépassé. Mauvaise organisation du service des transports des colis . Je vous conseille de ne pas commander les produits en ligne par exemple le site CELIDRA . Aucune réponse de CELIDRA site de fiabilité douteux .
Worst logistics provider
Without a doubt, this is the worst logistics provider I've ever seen. Package tracking is completely useless. It was estimated to arrive on February 6th, but it's February 19th and the package still shows the status "shipment arrived in destination country" from February 9th, and there hasn't been any update since February 16th. If it weren't for a replacement of a damaged circuit board, I would simply request a refund to my credit card and mark it as a scam. Even the cheapest shipping services on AliExpress are faster than this garbage logistics provider.
WORST EVER
If I could give them no stars I would. Customer service is beyond horrible. They supposedly have no supervisor or higher up you can speak to. 0 out of 10 I would NEVER recommend, and truly believe it should looked into legally.

wie bei den übrigen Bewertungen auch bei uns erfolgte kein Zustellversuch: wir waren zu Hause, lt. online - Tracking sei die Anschrift nicht vollständig. Merkwürdig natürlich, dass alle übrigen Bestellungen immer zugestellt werden konnten.

评价内容: 真的非常无语!第一次遇到这种集运公司。
拒绝拍照/收费拍照: 物品到了仓库竟然连基本的入库照都没有。想要确认下东西对不对?对不起,拍照要收费,视频也要收费。作为集运公司,连最基本的验货保障都没有,全靠买家盲寄?
强制性保险: 邮寄电器竟然被告知不买保险就不给寄。这难道不是变相加价?宣传的时候怎么不说有这些强制门槛?
转运纠纷: 最终因为这些霸王条款被迫转寄到其他公司,明明是他们的服务问题,转寄费竟然还要我自己承担。好说歹说才退了一半,这种处理方式真的很下头。
总结: 宣传和实际操作误差极大,服务极其不透明。如果你不想在包裹入库后被各种名目收钱,请一定要绕道!
