Shipping was quick. The doll looks super realistic overall a great purchase. Customer service was amazing and stayed connected with me through the whole process. I’m very impressed with the detailing its something you have to see in person. My doll was sent with cleaning and repairing instructions on how to care for the doll. Overall best experience I have had. Will be making future purchases!.

Recommended seller. Fast delivery. Excellent products.

Shipping was fast and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns. The doll was heavy but due to its size that's expected. Great product would buy again.

Excellent and discreet! Absolutely love it! So happy with my purchase!

Amazing product and customer service, I will say using the doll was a great experience and the fact that it only took 7 days to deliver was amazing. only down side for me was the fact that there was no anal hole but everything else was good.

The product is amazing the way customers service handles problems is so professional and they keep you updated on your order the product its self is wonderful it is well made and everything they advertise plus some I would give more stars if I could

I helped my friend to look for a doll online because he doesn't know how to buy things on the internet. We spent some days to look for the right doll for him. Finally, we found a beautiful doll for him. He said the doll face looked like his ex-girlfriend when they were in high school. Unfortunately, we got a message from Aileen saying that the doll was unavailable in the US. Aileen offered us another doll looked similar to the first doll. My friend was upset and wanted to cancel the order. Then, Aileen offered us another choice of the doll but my friend still didn't want it. Aileen and I kept exchange emails to each other and finally we got a deal. We received another doll as Aileen promised us, and it arrived today in just 3 days. The doll looks beautiful. My friend likes it even though it's not the same doll he chose first time. Aileen is doing a great job, she makes my friend happy with the doll. Thanks Aileen.

Great price and looks amazing. Definitely does what is supposed to, you know. If you're on the fence, id highly recommend this. Packaging was discreet. Shipping was quick, arrived a day early.

It's my first doll and I was very wary
But company and service was very helpful!!
Minus for DPD, we have late because of them;(.
The doll is superb I truly Recommended

This is the 6th doll. I have used different online sellers for the other five. The usual thing was that I would get a doll that looked different than the picture, and the seller would say it was the lighting and blah blah. The dolls would have an awful smell.

I did a lot of research, and Sexdollsoff kept showing up. So, I decided to contact them. Customer service was awesome from the first day to today when I got the doll delivered.

I asked a lot of questions and requested factory pictures of 8 dolls. Then I decided on the one, but I changed my mind. This indecision happened for four days. They stuck it out with me. I found the cos dolls section. I saw and needed the Harley Quinn doll. I was sent the factory picture, and I wanted it.
Shipping took three days, the usual FedEx delivery time from California to me.

The doll matches the factory picture EXACTLY! I was ready to be let down. NOPE! The doll did not have a weird smell. I won't buy from anyone else! People in other reviews said customer service was not good for them. I didn't have any problems at all, Maybe the time difference threw them off.

Ich habe mir zum ersten mal eine Puppe bestellt und bin froh das alles gut geklappt hat. Die Kommunikation war super. Es wurde mir auch bei Fragen schnell und professionell geholfen! Ich habe gute Erfahrungen gemacht!

It's my first doll and I was very wary

when I received the doll!
they really exceeded my expectations!!
exactly what I saw on the site...
and even better! Recommended

Great instant communication and they even swapped out a doll and gave me free stuff days before it shipped.

Fast, Free Deseret shipping! This doll looks and feels real. So customizable, and worth the investment. A must for any single man or couple looking to spice things up! Customer service is top notch!

Very nice workmanship on the doll and the packing was well done she was perfect, so in the future I will be buying from your company again and send you any business I can. Thank you so much

shes preety amazing, shes very lifelike in her range of motion, her skin is very soft, i would say the only thing that might be s problem is that shes heavy , older guys like myself can have a difficult time moving her around

The doll I got looks great, and the questions I had got quick responses from customer support. Overall pretty good.

very bad quality. No response from customer support....

I've recently had an email conversation with customer service about my experience with my doll. I told them how I had damaged 2 of her fingers while learning how to move her and position her. I was to rough with my grip on her hands which caused the skeleton wire to puncture through the skin. The fingers are super delicate I don't recommend using her hands as a grabbing point to handle your doll. They were very understanding and even though they were not obligated since I did the damage and not them, they said they said they would send me a glue repair kit. I'm very impressed with customer service, they really do care about the satisfaction of their customers and are willing to help anyway they can whether they are obligated or not.
