Looked at many different options from multiple stores. I went with this store for the price point. Quality was top notch. Communication with customer service was great, and very helpful. The item I ordered was exactly like the pictures.

Pour commencer, le service client a vraiment été à l'écoute et patient.
La poupée a une excellente qualité de peau, les seins sont juste fabuleux.
Niveau articulations c'est du solide vraiment un bon produit je recommande....

Great experience. Not a waste of money as I expected.

This is a great company, from the quality of the doll, to their customer support. I had several questions about positioning my doll and they took the time to send me 2 videos on how to do that. If you want a doll that looks exactly like the photo on their website buy your doll from sexdolloff.com you won’t be disappointed.

Got a perfect product and also they are very helpful when I needed to contact them they responded very professional I would definitely recommend them to others

I think it’s better than the picture.

Everything from the great customer service to the unbelievable fast shipping was excellent. They helped me pick out my doll based on what I was looking for and they sent me pics of the factory doll so I could see exactly what she would look like. They had a great deal of patience with me. After I purchased the doll it shipped within 2 days and I received within 3 days. The doll was packaged very well and when I got her out she was just like the picture and everything that I wanted in a doll. This is a great company to deal with if your interested in a doll. If you are worried that they may not be legit, trust me they are very legit and you will not be disappointed. Oh yes I forgot to mention that the cost of their dolls is very affordable for the quality that you will receive. Best doll company out there in my opinion.

Placed order for an alexus doll. Was shipped a similar body but not what was pictured chest is about 5 inches below what was advertised. Was promised a free gift that has been over 2 months and still not sent. Feel as if I should have shopped elsewhere, customer service has ended and not replying. Reply to company's message. I contacted you through email twice about the gift kit and was told you were moving and would ship them when in new location. Both times you said you had not sent now the courier lost it

She's broken and they do not honor the money back guarantee.
They sent you a "kit" to fix her not it doesn't fix her.
They did not help correctly

Espectacular 👌 todo. Es. Perfecto

Delivery was fast and free product was in perfect condition there was even a extra cool wig in the box.very satisfied with my experience.

I made a purchase and then it happened that my address was in a remote area. First I thought that this must be a scam because they needed more money for the shipping and it literally says on their website that there are never shipping fees. However, they claim that their conditions say that there can be shipping fees if the shipping address is in a remote area. It's kinda controversial if the website says that there are never shipping fees but the terms (which many people don't read) says there might be. Anyway, I should have read the terms, I guess.

Anyway, because I ordered during holiday days and thought at first it was a scam, I wanted to cancel my order and was able to do that and got a refund! The customer service was friendly and understanding and we were able to settle this misunderstanding.

I'd recommend them but don't be like me and read the terms!!

Customer service excellent
Shipping excellent.
Quality quantity of items great
Legit.

Doll I ordered was exactly like the pictures. She looks better than the factory picture I got! Super pleased with the service and quick response time to all my questions. Will definitely buy from them next time!

My doll came to me in a very sturdy box without any damage on her at all. She is very lifelike and and looks exactly like the photos in the catalog. I can’t wait to buy some additional clothing for her. If you are interested in a sex doll, I would highly recommend Going to sexdollsoff.com and look at their products you will not be disappointed
