Sew Sian Anmeldelser

Fantastic! Super accommodating and rushed my order so that my son had his clothes for his birthday party. The quality of the clothes was lovely and everyone commented on how lovely the dungarees were. Thank you!

Excellent quality! Used as gifts and the products are beautiful.

Outstanding service, products and such a kind lovely lady
I wish you the best success in your business. Thank you 🤩 x

Excellent customer services no request was a problem and quick turn around in time for Christmas. Beautiful products as always. Will be sure to order again.

always excellent quality products and fabulous customer service

Perfect t-shirt, well packaged and super soft material. I will definitely order from again - thanks very much!

I love everything that I've bought from Sew Sian and will be a repeat customer for years. They're so accomodating and really responsive to messages. I tell my friends about them if they're ever looking for quality personalised goods for their friends and children.

The clothes are beautiful and are personalised in such a lovely way. I left ordering a little late but Sian was so helpful in organising a rush order. Fantastic experience all round!

Fast service and a lovely t shirt for first birthday!

Fantastic customer service. The item was on the website as a jumper but we needed a t shirt. They accommodated the request and turned the order around in a short space of time.
The quality is amazing.

I purchased their white off the shoulder top and pants. Order arrived fine, but the material is so flimsy and see through. Plus the size isn’t right - around the thighs it seemed to come in and doesn’t hang nicely like in the photo. You’d really need to go up a size or 2.
I have applied for a refund and they really don’t want you to send the stuff back! Plus remember you have to send it to china. So it’s an expensive thing to do. But they offered me 20% reduction to keep it - but the cost of the item it’s still better financially for me to send it back - plus I would never wear it.

Beautiful quality T-shirts and wonderful personalised designs ❤️
Sian goes above and beyond for her customers. Cannot recommend enough.

Couldn’t have been more helpful!
Thank you so so much, I saw the fire engine, number and name tee a week before my son’s birthday and I emailed to ask if it could be rushed through. I could not believe how amazing they were, they did it and it arrived perfectly the day before! Thank you so much, he loves the top and I was amazed at how you went over and above.

Great quality personalised product and it arrived very swiftly. Wrapped/ packaged really nicely with a personalised thank you message.

The seller hurried my order in time for my Son's party which was lovely but the real reason for the 5 star review is the item itself is so high quality and looked fantastic. I'm sure I'll be a future customer.

It’s the second order I have made and the quality is amazing! Delivered in time! Really genuine owners who pushed through my first order as I had left it a bit late to order!

Customer service was incredible. I had a vision of what I was after to match my sons birthday theme but I couldn’t find anything in that style so I asked if there was anything they could do and they exceeded expectations in creating a absolutely beautiful outfit I can’t wait to see my son in on his birthday. I asked many many questions and was never made to feel like a bother! Thankyou for your kindness and absolutely beautiful work. Also came with a handwritten note wishing my child a happy birthday. Would give 6 stars if was a option!

Great service with updates on my order. Scheduled arrival was accurate and fabulous product when it arrived. Had loads of comments asking where the item was from.

Beautiful Tshirt for my sons 1st birthday.

I wrote to Sian on Saturday night about the possibility of a rush order in time for my son’s first birthday. I got a response within 10 minutes asking for more details to see if it was possible. After confirming it would be possible I placed my order on the Sunday and received the T-shirt (along with a lovely handwritten note) on the Tuesday in time for my baby’s birthday 😍.
Could not recommend highly enough. Possibly the best service experience I have ever had.
The T-shirt itself is wonderful quality. So thick and soft. Just perfect for a 1 year old. Thank you so so much
