I ordered a small zip jumper, which was incorrect, which I returned for a refund. I then reordered the right size ( missing out on the sale this time).
The new jumper was great quality and the refund was action quickly without fuss.

My first online purchase of two polo shirts. The purchase, delivery, quality and fit in a word EXCELLENT. So much so I purchased two zip, long sleeve tops the following week. Again, quality, fit EXCELLENT. Its tough to find a quality product but these guys have nailed it. My go to online shop from now on.

Did exactly what it said on the tin ! I placed an order for two polo shirts, and the quality of the fabric, and fit were excellent. I just can't help myself - yet another Reef Knot product bought. However this time not for myself but for my Grandson aged 17. A royal blue T shirt which he loved. Obviously he has impeccable taste for a great British clothing brand just like his Grandfather

Good quality polo shirt which fits really well. I followed this up by purchasing two sweatshirts which were also very good. My best experience in on-line clothes buying.

I’ve been buying Reef Knots clothes for quite a long time now and was initially drawn to the company for two reasons. Firstly their commitment to the environment (a huge plus 👏 ) and secondly was the quality of the materials they use to make their lovely clothing items.

However, recently I have noticed that the quality of the fabric they use for their shorts isn’t as robust as the fabric they used previously. The new shorts feel thinner in terms of texture and I’m not sure how long they will last (I’m still wearing quite a few old pairs of shorts with no appearance of deterioration).

I appreciate that clothing goes through different fabric cycles over time but I would question the new “organic” fabric in terms of longevity of the shorts. That said they still look great, fit perfectly, and are always dispatched in super quick time. I’m a really big Reef Knots fan, will continue to buy their fantastic clothes, so look forward to seeing their autumn range of clothes soon 🙂

I have ordered the polo's and t shirts to date. I am very impressed with the quality of the garments. The stlying is very good, all in all im very happy with my purchases so far and will continue to purchase in the future

Everything seems really good I bought two polo shirts two T shirts and two pairs of shorts,

They answered questions before i bought were honest and the clothes when they came were good quality and a good fit (unlike some designer brands that tend to be too short in the body)
The only small criticism i have is that the front pockets in the shorts could be bigger.

But all in all I’m happy.

Smooth and efficient ordering and delivery, topped off with a superb quality product that fits perfectly. Their polo shirts make standard buys look cheap and flimsy.

I was nervous about a new brand and the price tag. I bought x4 polo and x2 shorts for a trip and I'm glad I did - the cut, fit and feel are incredible. The polo's look fresh all day and the shorts are perfect - when I first ordered I ordered the wrong size - but the RF team were superb in helping. I also found the warehousing team to be really quick with packing and sending. I'm so glad I found this brand, I urge you give them a try - 5* all round.

Since then I have had communication from the owner of this firm in a very positive manner, probably better than any other online seller.
I have subsequently purchased other items and have been very happy with quality and sizing.
Patrick Dudley- Williams has addressed all issues and has tried very hard to demonstrate the company's commitment to good service.
I would strongly recommend purchasing from his company, especially for the quality particularly of the swim shorts and the polos.
