Seven living is a business with no ethics or standards. They lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear to get you to move in and then ignore any issues just saying that they are providing all legal requirements.

I caught an agent trying to enter my flat yesterday along with two workman without any prior warning. I am usually not home during the day so would not have known had I not been there but they knocked and immediately started to unlock the door like it was routine. I explained that this is unlawful entry but they lied saying they had called and emailed (neither are true) their staff in their office also do not know the jaw and think they can enter whenever they like. Both lies saying emails were sent which I checked and their previous email was several weeks ago and mentioned nothing about accessing the apartment.

I have had an expensive camera stolen from me which I now believe was taken from my apartment but I thought it was impossible as I dis not realise that people have been in and out of my apartment while I’m not there.

The building is not secure, tenants are constantly fighting and screaming at each other every morning and night despite being told it’s a quiet built . The windows do not open so it’s always over 30 degrees Celsius with makes it boarder line unliveable but the frustrating thing is they treat tenants with contempt and admit that no issues will be resolved even though these were main selling points during the viewing.

They are trained to lie and decisive you so that you move in and once you’re on contract they have you and once you realise you’ve been lied to it’s too late as the contract has you locked in.

This is a cowboy business who don’t respect your rights as a tenant. When I have complained I am just ignored which included whey I first moved in and had to stay elsewhere for three days due to having no hot water. They just Joor you will give up and go away .

I am having to change the locks on my front door as they have no respect for our privacy so will likely try to enter again despite me complaining and reminding then of my rights as a tenant. The staff actually do not know basic property management and act like its no big deal to let themselves into your home uninvited even when they may responsible for theft.

Avoid! I have clients in this industry and they have said that this is the worst standards that they have heard of. Its a scam which somehow they get away with.

Arv is always super quick and efficient in getting back to me with any concerns I log, super friendly and polite but professional and always solves my queries and problems, one of the best experiences I have had with renting so far. 5*s - would definitely recommend.

Be extremely wary before signing anything with this company as they are very quick to make you sign without honouring thier own policies. Just look at thier reviews across various review channels!

Further to Seven Living response, all information declared was accurate, there relationship with thier referencing agency seems to be be depleted meaning there is no clear process. Report to the redress scheme if you have any issues, they've already informed this company has had several cases against them over the past 6 months

Seven Living has always offered an average service and a below average response rate to my e-mails/phone calls.
That was until Arvind took over my property - he is responsive, detailed in his communication and treating us as proper customers. I hope this relationship lasts for years to come. Bravo Arvind.

Seven Living has given me a peace of mind for several years now. My property has never been off tenancy for more than 5 days.

Their Finance team is absolutely 100%. Whenever I had questions regarding my landlord statement, they resolved it in just 5 minutes of myself calling them, 100% of the time the issue required explanation rather than rectification.

This is all due to the fairly recently appointed finance Manager AVA AULAKH.

I would like to praise Laura Salter, for the lettings she has made for for my apartment, I met the tenants and inspected my property. I was so happy to see that it was in good hands.

This is something you don't get with a big company.

Avoid like the plague. Meant to be a two-night city break for party of four. Turned up for the first night but apartment was already in use so after several hours eventually 11:30pm had to find alternative hotel. Embarassed concierge said this has happened many times previously with guests. Turned up for second night, shown to apartment, but it was filthy (see photos on google review). We were told to go away and come back two hours later. Ruined our weekend. Partial refund after hours spent on phone and emails, but did not make up for the dreadful experience.

I regret to say that my experience with Sevenliving has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Since the day my tenancy began, I have encountered numerous issues, chief among them being a faulty fridge that has persisted unresolved since December.

Despite reporting the malfunction to Arvind, the designated contact person, we have seen little to no progress in rectifying the situation. Despite assurances that the appliance would be replaced, communication regarding the matter has been abysmal.

Repeated attempts to elicit updates or even basic communication regarding the status of the replacement have been met with silence or vague promises that have not materialized. Despite my persistence in reaching out via phone calls and WhatsApp messages, the responsiveness from Sevenliving has been sorely lacking.

Even when prompted with strong language and reminders of their responsibilities, the response has been lackluster at best. It is disheartening to feel as though our concerns are not being taken seriously, especially when it comes to something as essential as the functionality of basic amenities in the property we are renting.

The most recent correspondence, which came after a prolonged period of silence, requesting the serial number of the fridge, only serves to underscore the inefficiency and lack of urgency with which Sevenliving] has handled this matter. It is unacceptable that, nearly three months after initially reporting the issue, we are still no closer to a resolution.

My experience with Sevenliving has been characterized by poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a general lack of concern for the wellbeing and satisfaction of their tenants. I urge prospective renters to consider these factors carefully before engaging with this agency.

Absolute first class service delivered by its finance team when I had queries about my rent receivables and tenants. They responded in a rapid and comprehensive manner. Especially thanks to Ava the finance manager and please keep it up!

Arv has been very efficient and helpful

Moved into our flat in December 2023, we had some issues on the move-in day with not getting all our keys. However, with the help and guidance of Arvind, this was sorted out within a week or so. Since then there have been no major issues or complaints from my end. Overall a good experience.

Exceptional Service! A huge thank you to Arv for a great service. He is always very professional and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I have dealt with many letting agencies over the years but the service at seven living is first class!

Exceptional service, over and beyond their job role - others should take a leaf out of this book!! I've given my properties to let and manage with other agents but none have been as straightforward as seven living, props to Arv for his integrity and hard work

Being an owner and living abroad brings much anxiety when it comes to renting your property. I booked a short term stay before a longer let and received an exceptional level of customer service from Kate, Laura and Arv. My deepest thanks however go to Arv who was so very helpful in assisting me with the end of my tenancy and ensuring I was kept appraised of next steps. Arv has been a great help when sorting out my tenancy. He was always so helpful even though I probably called him 5 times in one day. He replies back to email very quick and efficiently to.

The process of looking for a flat is often tense and lengthy. From Seven Living I can say that I received personal and attentive attention during the process. Arv especially has been very approachable and quick to deal with in the leasing process and then as a tenant. That's what anyone looks for in an agent.
