Emma Loth (Property Manager) at seven living has been very helpful .
My query was understood and responded in very efficient manner .

Communication is on top level fast and efficient replies, raised issues are taken seriously and tried to be solved as soon as possible with high professionalism. Overall amazing experience.

I held a tenancy for 6 months with SevenLivingg and during this time the communcation and service from the staff at SevenLiving throughout from arranging the viewing, securing an apartment and addressing any minor issues during my tenancy up to the day I handed back keys were excellent and efficient. I would like to thank both Tia and Emma Loth for their support during my tenancy.

I had an issue with my washing machine and Emma Loth was constantly checking and keeping on track with the contractors to ensure that the work was

Emma loth helped me move out and reclaim my deposit with little to no stress, she was very helpful and extremely responsive

Emma was great and helped me renew my tenancy and change my payment date.

I called in the morning and she got in touch with me to sort everything out before the end of the day. It was great to get it all sorted easily and quickly

Tia has been exceptionally brilliant. She has always answered or returned my calls immediately. Very professional in all aspects of the properties in Birmingham. Thank you Tia

Emma Loth was extremely when I lost my flat key. She made it very easy to arrange to get a new one to me as soon as possible. Thanks Emma!

From the viewing(carried out by Emma Loth) to the move in, I had a good experience.
The customer service was great and emails were responded to promptly as well.

I had cause to e-mail Seven Living about a maintenance issue with a light switch and would like to say I was well impressed with the way Emma Loth dealt with my issue all sorted now

I am a returning client however this stay has been an absolute nightmare. I arrived 23rd to find blood, urine, feces on & around the toilet. It was not fit for use. Contacted them immediately & was advised that the cleaning team would come the next day to clean the toilet & to replace the seat. Unfortunately this took them over 30 hours to get the toilet cleaned & then the cleaners refused to replace the seat but instead applied pure bleach on the seat to make it look white! Bleach guidelines state that any skin contact should be avoided as can cause burning. I was contacted on Monday 27th where is was agreed that then toilet was unusable & they would replace seat..Today 1st March I am still waiting for this to happen. Not mention the TV didn’t work, they left dirty laundry in the apartment. I am having had to go to the local shopping mall every time I need to use the facilities.They have refused to supply me with there complaints procedure. My only cause of action now is to apply for a chargeback as I paid for an apartment with a working kitchen, bathroom & TV. I have received 1 out of 3 things this property advertised.
Seven living, thank you for your response. I reported both the tv & toilet at 11.14 some 30-40 minutes after I moved across. If you would like I am happy to publish the screenshots on this site? You offered 1 other room which was on the 1st floor however, the lift was not working & you were aware that I am a blue badge holder with limited mobility.

We recently relocated from US looking to rent a Flat in Birmingham . Emma Lott made our rental experience very pleasant! She was very responsive to our inquiries and knowledgeable about the Flat details, her availability to meet my husband’s schedule for the showing was very important to us. The rental process with Seven Living has been very fluid, they are a great team.

Fraud they steal your card details and carry on charging you even after you vacate the property. My card has constantly been charged for no reason. I wake up and see charges from this company.They carried on taking money from my account without my consent.
I booked this property for my family on Airbnb on the 4th of February till 18th of Feb. they didn't disclose they charge any deposit even though Airbnb doesn'support deposits and charges outside Airbnb. Upon arriving the property they insisted on deposit and wouldn't check us in until we did pay them

We paid the £200 deposit as it was last minute and no options.

We have needed to extend our booking and they forced us to pay extra cleaning fees that we already paid they charged another £200 deposit for the booking extension straight to my card without contacting me.

Right now I have been fraudulently charged over £425 that I'm yet to get back we we checked out there's no damage and the property has been left on pristine condition.

We checked out at 9:50 am we needed the keys to get through the car park so we used the keys and put it back into the lockbox after we got our taxi out and again without my consent I was charged £25 for late checkout check out was 10 o'clock and it was slightly past 10 and yet they charged me even though I spoke to them before checking out and they know what time I checked out.

Really pleased with the communication and service from Seven Living, particularly by Emma Loth who has been phenomenal at replying to my queries quickly and professionally. She addresses all my concerns and goes out of her way to keep me updated consistently. I had an urgent plumbing issue and she was so good at prioritising the job and getting it resolved. Super service. Thank you Emma :)

Seven living manage 2 of my properties in Birmingham and the service has been great. Especially by Sam Cole, in particular dealing with developers on handover of my 2nd property/ challenging them on snag lists and getting everything sorted for me. Can’t thank him or recommend Sam enough!

Seven Living were very professional. Oliver and Sam were particularly very helpful in making a first attempt at serviced accommodation get off the ground. Whole experience has been great.

We just rented an apartment in Bicester with Seven Living and it was a great experience.
We particularly are grateful to Tia (Fateha Begum; Sr. Propert Manager) who ensured a very smooth processing of our request. She also went to great lengths to accommodate our special requests about having pets. I highly recommend her and Seven Living

Excellent location , close to tram link on Broad street . Comfortable bedrooms and clean .

Lovely accommodation! Walking distance within pubs and bars and restaurants. Good place!!!
