Horrific experience with Settio from the start. Final straw being no deposit return for over 2 months after leaving property. Impossible to get anywhere with it as they won’t return my call or email back and haven’t done for over 1 month. Utterly unacceptable - save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs

As an overseas landlord, I have been dealing with a prolonged and difficult billing dispute caused by the negligence of the PM Team. Although the matter remains unresolved and is still being actively pursued, Zainab has been tirelessly representing me throughout this challenging process. She has consistently engaged with both the uncooperative PM Team and their lawyers, pushing forward with patience and persistence despite the complexity.
