I can't recommend serene cosmetics enough. Megan was so kind and helpful from the start and always answered any questions i had. The staff at the hospital and recovery villa were amazing , no request was too much and they really looked after me so well . even though i was apprehensive about traveling alone once i arrived i felt very safe and cared for throughout the whole process. i'm so happy that i chose serene cosmetics.

I recently had breast implants booked through Serene and couldn’t recommend them enough. Megan has answered all my questions leading up to and after the surgery. I felt so at ease with everything being sorted for me, I was so looked after. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. They always had a nurse in the villa after the surgery, so I felt I was in safe hands and they answered any questions or worries I had. The food was so nice and healthy and I have never seen a kitchen so clean! I was so impressed with the care I received while in Turkey and even more impressed that the care has continued since I returned to UK. Megan has been in contact with me multiple times to check I’m ok and has answered all my questions and any concerns I’ve had. I would definitely recommend Serene and comfort zone to anyone considering surgery!

I have recently had uplift & breast implants & rhinoplasty surgery. I was so sceptic and spent a whole year researching for the best company around. I came across serene cosmetics & seen there reviews & procedures on IG, I was always drawn back to Serene Cosmetics so I reached out to serene & was in constant contact with one of the CEO’s Lois who was lovely and very patient. I had a million & 1 questions and every time she answered with kind words, positivity & reassurance. I booked my procedures and began following everything on their page, Feeling more and more confident that I was in safe hands. I am glad I went with my gut as, as soon as I landed in Istanbul I was welcomed by a very polite smiley driver who took us to the villa. We was welcomed on arrival and giving clear instructions on when my driver would be there to pick me up for my surgery.. The whole experience in the hospital was surreal they went above & beyond. Arriving back to a clean spacious villa with nurses around as well as delicious healthy meals served just made it so much more easier to get through. One last touch that really worked for me was the day after my surgery Lois had messaged asking how it all went and sending her love. This company is not just about taking your money it’s such a caring supportive company that is really there to help you feel your best self 💖 I would highly recommend serene cosmetics & will only ever use them for any further procedures….

In july i had a rhinoplasty done by comfort zone and serene cosmetics,
The girls at Serene are so lovely and made the process to book so easy and effortless from my side, all i had to sort out was booking the flights.
The staff at the hospital was lovely and so caring to both my self and my mum who i took with me, the nurses come in todo your checks and go though the the paper work with you, Dr atif came in and went though the process of the operation, he listen to what i wanted changing and any concerns i may of had.

The villas are very clean, there is staff there all the time to help you if you need any assistance, you get your own lockable room which is clean and supplied with more pillows and other stuff you might need regarding your operations
They give you options for your breakfast and other meals are prepared for you,
The villas have drivers thats pick you up from the air port, they are happy to take you to local shops or if you want to nip out to places
I am currently 12 weeks post op and loving my new nose

I've recently had breast augmentation with Serene Cosmetics & Comfort Zone.
My coordinator Megan has been amazing, no query was too big or small, she was speedy with her replies and so reassuring, she always put me at ease.
Everything was straight forward, every little detail was already planned for me along with a schedule which was so helpful, I only needed to sort flights!
Everybody at Comfort Zone were incredibly friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble.
The nurses at the hospital were amazing, I felt in the safest hands.
Both the hospital and villa were spotless.
All meals were nutritional and cooked for you, the staff at the villa were so welcoming & made me feel comfortable the minute I arrived, I honestly didn't want to leave!
The whole experience was faultless.

My surgery journey has been so easy thanks to Serene. I knew I was going to have my surgery with ComfortZone and saw that you can book with Serene and I'm so glad I did. As soon as I put in a request for a consultation, I got it the next day. I can't thank Megan Richards enough who has been with me throughout the whole process. I had so many questions and she answered them really quickly. She would call me all the time to make sure I've got all the answers I need before booking and three weeks after my surgery, she is still in contact with me making sure that I'm happy with everything. All the nurses in the hospital were so lovely, if I wanted more surgery I would go through Serene again.

So well organised and couldn’t have asked for better results. Nothing was too much and I wasn’t rushed into anything. I would 100% recommend anyone to serene. Transfers were comfortable, hotel is amazing, dental clinic is clean and everyone is so friendly. One very happy girl :-)

I never usually write reviews but the service I received from start to finish has been absolutely incredible. I had to rearrange my surgery due to personal reasons but nothing was too much. Lois accommodated everything and made everything so easy for me. She put me in touch with the best surgeon who has done the most amazing job and I cannot thank her enough. I had my surgery in February and the aftercare I received was great and I had no problems whatsoever. My scars healed perfectly and I was given more creams and medication than I needed just for precaution. After surgery Lois emailed to make sure everything was ok and followed up monthly.
I would 10000% recommendation Serene :)

I've had a really positive experience with serene. Communication has always been good. I have found them really Friendly and always so nice regardless of any questions I've had. My surgery was done through comfort zone which for the most part was really good. They really look after you whilst recovering. I found one of the nurses in the villa really rude and when doing my check ups which they do 3 times a day she was really rough and didnt talk to you whilst doing it so made me feel really uncomfortable. She didn't care like the rest of the nurses and staff but that was my only complaint. I honestly couldn't fault my care and I would definitely go through serne/comfort zone again if I ever wanted more procedures.

Recently returned from Turkey after booking my cosmetic surgery with Serene Cosmetic. I’ve struggled with my weight for years and been on an up and down journey with my weigh loss, I’m not an influencer, I’m a 42 year old mum of two, just trying to live a healthier lifestyle, my sister booked with serene/confort zone and has had procedures twice now with them after the UK botched her boobs and tummy tuck. After seeing her results I decided to booked liposuction 360 for my stomach on my inner thighs, from start to finish Lois the the ceo has been amazing, she’s English speaking and understood what I was wanting to achieve. She regularly checks up on email to check in ok and I can ask her anything. The company arranged everything apart from my flights ( easy to do yourself) when I arrived in Turkey I was picked up by there amazing driver and taken to the most beautiful villa, the staff there were amazing and very attentive. There food was very healthy and tasted amazing, After getting settled in we paid our money and got organised for our hospital trip early the next morning (5am) the hospital was very luxurious the nursing staff and doctors were good, they spoke English but did need my translator app sometimes, I met my surgeon the next day and was ready for surgery, after coming round the staff done regular checks. I didn’t like the hospital food ( I’m fussy) but the nurses arrange for food to be ordered in for me. I had 2 nights stay in hospital where I was encouraged to drink lots of water and to get up on my feet to allow lymph drainage. I then got released to the villa where they had on hand nurses to check you regularly for blood pressure and medication checks.
On leaving day I was given clear instructions on how to use my medication. The driver took us to the airport with no problems.
Anyone thinking of going abroad for surgery I would highly recommend this place. I will be returning next year hopefully for a boob reduction.

I had surgery a little over a month ago & I can honestly say that it’s been the best decision I made. Being 37, recovery isn’t going to be as easy as a 20 year old but I can honestly say that not only the reassurance and professionalism by serene but the care and how hands on they are day to day, long with the aftercare is second to none!

Lois goes beyond her means and is honestly a phone call away around the clock! My recovery wasn’t the easiest but I felt safe and had someone at hand to support me all around the clock.

Arriving in Istanbul I was greeted by a driver took to the recovery villa and every was explained to me, the next day I was took for surgery and the hospital blew me away! So clean and staff were very attentive nothing was an issue, my surgeon Dr Ali Rizza Yildirum was amazing and I’d highly recommend him, he took he’s time and explained everything step by step about my surgery what he would do and what would happen, I showed a picture of what I’d like and he told me he would try he’s best to get my close to the picture as possible but everyone’s body is different so it’s hard to make people look the same. I had a uplift and implants behind the muscle, he told me he would decide on my implant size while I was asleep in surgery as he wanted to do what would be best for me and my body, I trusted him completely and let him decide on everything as this is he’s job and he knows what would be the best for me.

The recovery villa was absolutely amazing they was always staff on hand to help me and the nurses were amazing and checking me over and making sure I took my medication correctly, Sasha was amazing at making sure everything ran smoothly and was very attentive

All in all I’d recommend serene cosmetics for anyone thinking about surgery, I’d never go anywhere else now and have recommended to people already!

Surgery can be scary regardless of having to pick the right place and people to handle it, but I am so grateful and glad that I chose to go with Serene Cosmetics.
After speaking with Lois the client coordinator over the phone, it was pure excitement from there on. The support was unmatched and no question was too out there or silly.

From start Lois has been attentive good with communication explained everything thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable and in safe hands . All I had to do was book my flights . Before and during my stay in Istanbul Lois emailed me ensuring I was okay. Since I’ve had the surgery Lois has been checking in and any issues she is there to solve . I’m 1 week post op, I had a tummy tuck and breast uplift and implants. I have to say from start to finish the whole process has been so easy!
