From start to finish my whole experience of using this company have been 5 stars. I had a tummy tuck 360 and breast uplift and implants in august 2024 and the results are insane. I could not have dreamed of better. Every question I had got answered and Lois was helpful throughout every step. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Great experience , my self and my partner have now used serene cosmetics they were highly professional , thank you to Lois for making everything go smoothly from start to finish, Dentist was clean and tidy, picked up and dropped off everyday on time without fail!

Serene cosmetic have been amazing throughout my entire journey. From the initial enquiry, to booking my surgery and aftercare has been spot on. Megan has been amazing throughout, from reassuring me when i had concerns to the post ops check ups ive had with her. I had a tummy tuck/breastlift with Dr Ali who was very thorough. Everything was explained to me which really took away any fears and doubts I had on the day of my surgery. My stay at the recovery villa was a 10/10. The ladies were soo attentive and very helpful as well. All in all, it was a great experience, I'm happy with my results so far and I honestly cannot recommend Serene enough. Thank you x

Literally the best experience with this company, from start to finish I genuinely cannot fault them. I had a rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal and I'm genuinely blown away by the whole process and every meticulous detail they cover. From the quality of the hospital and recovery villas, to the food, the transfers, the lovely staff and most importantly the results I genuinely haven't a single fault.

I contacted Serene 2 years ago initially but then chickened out! After pondering for 2 years and still hating what I saw in the mirror I emailed them again to book in for a consultation. I dealt with Megan who was so lovely - we initially had a conversation on the phone regarding my surgery - I was having rhinoplasty. Megan was very honest in stating that the surgeon had said it looks like I have thick skin from my images I had sent over, I was aware of this prior to the consultation but having it clarified and to give you clear indication of the results you can expect I thought was amazing, she had great knowledge which led to me feeling confident enough to book. I would much rather someone under promise and over deliver - and this is EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID! I had Dr Ali at comfort zone and I was so emotional seeing my table results it was so much better than I had expected. I ended up with the most perfect nose. I was in contact with Megan prior to going to ask some questions regarding what I would need, and she gave me a list of essentials. The ONLY small additional thing that I think could help future clients would to be provide clients with a more extensive list of essentials to take which really helped aid my recovery - this information I found out by asking friends who have previously had rhinoplasty, and also googling.
I had contact with Serene during my stay in turkey via instagram and Megan had already checked in 3 times via email and a phone call and I am only 8 days post surgery.
I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!

Went with a group of us for our teeth they did everything they could to fit us in together.
Everything was very easy to follow everything was planned out and we were told each and every step which made it all an easy and delightful experience. Also got great advice from serene before and after our treatments.

I had an amazing experience with Serene Cosmetics & Comfort Zone I had previously composite bonding on my teeth and wanted something more permanent. Dealing with Lois was so pleasant and easy and she couldn’t help me more. The hotel I stayed in in Bodrum was 5 star and so beautiful. All of the staff at Comfort Zone Dentist were friendly and put my nerves at ease. Overall I was so scared to go to Turkey and have my teeth done I didn’t know what to expect but I could not recommend them enough. The whole experience was actually amazing. I was so Impressed. You don’t have to worry or think about anything it’s all sorted for you. Your Tranfers and appointments are booked and they txt you the night before to tell you pick up times so you can be ready. You can chill and sunbathe in between your appointments. I am so happy with my Teeth. I’ve recently had my teeth done and I’m over the moon with my experience, from the day I booked my procedure with Lois she sorted everything for me, hotel, breakfasts, transfers, dentist appointments and made my trip stress free. I was greeted at the airport and taken to my 5* hotel, on route I asked the driver if he minded stopping at a shop and he did. I feel like they would go above and beyond for their patients, I felt like royalty. Their partnered company comfort zone were so friendly, made me feel at home and I couldn’t thank them enough. My dentist was called seyda 🙌🏼 she was so patient with me, kind and she’s a perfectionist. She didn’t let me leave that dentist until I was 1000% happy with my smile no matter how long I was there for. So for that I can’t thank her enough to. Overall I can’t recommend enough and I’m so grateful 😁 oh and BODRUM😍😍😍 what a stunning place.

The service from start to finish was amazing. I had zirconium crowns fitted and so happy with the result. The hotel in Bodrum was amazing the 5* Ramada and transfers to and from the airport and to all dental appointments. This was all catered for as part of the package with Serene and organised by the amazing Lois who helped arrange the whole process for me start to finish. She was also on hand to help with any questions I had, including some local restaurant and bar knowledge. Couldn't have asked for a better service than with Serene. Thank you xx

From start to finish my experience with Serene Cosmetics was amazing. I was given good honest advice on what procedures I wanted and at no point felt pressured. Travelling abroad for surgery can be scary but I always felt reassured. 100% going back for my next surgery. I can’t wait!

Really helpful alway though the process start too finish… Lois will answer any questions no matter how big or small it is really helpful information will recommend where too book your flights also will go over everything with you so you fully understand everything down too last detail Lois will go above and beyond to make sure you are prepared to go and have your procedure not only that but will check in and make sure you or well and comfortable while recovering at the villa and also once you return home which is lovely also will continue to answer questions after all round amazing experience and grate services would strongly recommend not only that if I was to have any other procedures Lois would be the first person I would contact

Amazing staff, great doctors. Always helpful and kind even after my experience. Made me completely comfortable throughout the whole time I was there and felt safe when I was nervous.

I was pretty apprehensive about traveling abroad for surgery but the whole experience turned out great for me. I cannot fault anything at all! Every part of the process went so smoothly, I felt at ease at all times and have had all the reassurance given to me throughout.
My surgeon was Dr Atif, who I can’t thank enough for the amazing breast augmentation results I have received from his work! Along with Megan, my patient coordinator, who had been so assuring and lovely throughout, answering all of my questions no matter how big or small. The whole team, at the hotel (we didn’t get into the villa so hotel was sorted) the nurses who come do your checks at your room, as well as everyone at the hospital were amazing. So accommodating making me and my mum (who was my plus 1) comfortable throughout.
I have already recommended serene to a couple of my friends who will be booking in once they are ready and would 100% use serene if I was to get any other work in the future! If you are thinking about it, do it!! You will not regret it at all!

Second time I’ve used serene cosmetics, always had an amazing experience, before during & after my procedure! Lois is so helpful I just feel totally at ease knowing it’s been well organised for me & I can sit back! Also her knowledge is great so it’s great to be able to have someone to discuss procedures with!! I would recommend doing it with serene cosmetics as it can be nerve racking getting surgery in another country & seren cosmetics really just puts your mind to totally!

I took my brother to get his teeth done as an early birthday present and wow I was truly blown away not only with his incredible new teeth but the service that was provided from Serene and the dental team. Hotel was incredible and his teeth look so good and he was relatively pain free the entire time. I am now looking into getting my own teeth done with Serene as the trip, service and smile was way better than I could have ever anticipated. And of course now I wouldn’t trust any other company to do this other than serene. I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a new smile. Thank you guys x
