This company has horrible customer service. I tried to return the doll I purchased because it just wasn't as nice as I was expecting. They took forever to tell me that I need to pay return shipping of $25 to get a partial refund of my $39. And they won't tell me how much I will exactly get - so I probably won't even get as much as the shipping is costing me!

The website shows Waldorf dolls made by Evgenia Elizarova but the photos are taken from her site. What turned up was a cheaply made in China doll. The clothes are fraying and tatty. The company told me to stop the dispute and they would refund my money, but PayPal had already noted the fraudulent site and refunded me

I bought this thinking of my unborn baby who turns out will be a girl. The shop said it was closing ( turns out that’s a scam too) and i chose the sweetest photo. What arrived is cheap and badly made i almost cried when i saw it. Pity to lie to people like this 💥☄️💥☄️⚡️🤬

Never received my order but happily kept my money

I have been trying for quite awhile to get through to Serendity. The website goes nowhere. How can I contact them? They answered my complaint, but told me to go to the website that goes nowhere!! I paid $120+ for the dolls. I want either my dolls or my money refunded. I have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission and my credit card company. At present they are checking into this matter.

Pop is bij lange na niet zo mooi als op de site. Dit is het geld niet waard, en dan kun je eigenlijk niet retourneren dat is erg duur. Ze geven je dan 5% retour om het te houden.
Ik wou dat ik fotos kon plaatsen om het te laten zien. Dit geef ik niet aan mijn kleinkind.

I agree with others. This company is a fraud. Took 2.5 months to get my "doll" to find out it was clothes only. They are poorly made and very small. Nothing like the picture leads you to believe. Company doesn't want to give me a return. The free gift never showed up.

They sent me the wrong two dolls. They will not make it right. They offered me a 5% refund. NOT GOOD! If I want to return these dolls, I have to pay all sorts of costs … and who knows if I would get the correct dolls I ordered. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

It’s an absolute scam. The dolls you receive look nothing like those cute ones on the website. And nobody responds when you try the customer service. I wish I saw the reviews posted before me. So for the benefit of potential customers - please avoid this website.

I bought one of the dolls. What I received is nothing like the pictures,no box, no little fur animals, a cloth doll in a plastic, transparent bag. I would say a 5 dollar item. Considering it is made in China and sent from China probably 3 dollars. Then consider that it has no label, not for the material and not even to specify compliance with major Western laws on toxicity or being suitable for children. There is no label whatsoever. This means I cannot offer it as it could be dangerous. It is a TOTAL scum. I wish I'd stop making these purchases online.
