Absolutely disgusting. Waited 6 weeks for order after purchasing them for my grandchildren. They arrived all squashed together in a bag. Not a gift box or accessory in sight. They look like something from the £1 shop. So disappointed.

The doll I received is NOTHING like the doll advertised, it is cheap chinese rubbish. A total and utter scam. Offered me a full refund if I return the doll, this will cost me more in postage than I paid for this cheap tat

The doll you are sent is absolutely nothing like the picture! Wish I’d read reviews. Paid £25 plus delivery for my granddaughters 1st birthday. Could not believe my eyes!
Took a while to be delivered and I can’t believe I fell for this.

I ordered Morings Barberine sculpting and tat burning shorts and received black underwear… total scam! Proceeding to get a refund.

The doll I bought was a cheap copy and not the one shown in the pictures that were obviously stolen from another site. The stitching was the worst I have ever seen. The pockets of the doll’s dress had raw edges. Do not buy from Serenity.

If I could give less than one star I would. Total scammers, doll not fit for use. Totally ripped off. Cannot believe no one legally has taken the company down

It's a scam. They've been reported on social media for years, and people still fall for it. They never send you anything.

This place is a scam. The doll is rubbish. I am usually so diligent. Epic fail. I want my money back

These dolls are not Waldorf dolls. The quality is very poor and they do not live up to the photos shown. They are imitations and should not cost the amount asked. Very disappointed and feeling duped.

Confermo quanto scritto da altri utenti, prodotto fasullo e scadentissimo che non ha niente a che vedere con foto e presentazione. Mi pento di non aver cercato le recensioni prima di buttare i soldi. Una vera truffa!!!

Dolls that were sent don't look anything like the dolls in the advertisements. I wouldn't pay 5 dollars for any of the dolls they sent me. False advertising! So angry!

And after going back and forth with customer service they just keep claiming that it is my perception of the product that is mistaken, when the dolls look NOTHING like the advertised photos. The most they are offering to do is to give 15% back or that I would need to pay for the shipping to return the fake dolls back to them in CHINA. Well the shipping alone would be more than the $130 I paid for these 4 dolls. Stay away! Don't buy from this company.

Questo sito è, a mio avviso, gravemente ingannevole. Serendity.com pubblicizza la vendita di bambole di Evgeniya Elizarova, artista che vende esclusivamente tramite il proprio profilo Instagram ufficiale e non tramite siti terzi. Questa informazione è pubblica e facilmente verificabile.

Il risultato? Prodotti che nulla hanno a che vedere con le opere originali, spediti a casa e chiaramente bambole taroccate, di produzione industriale, spacciate per artigianali. Chi acquista pensando di ricevere un pezzo autentico viene indotto in errore.
Io me ne sono accorta in tempo, ho cancellato immediatamente l'ordine e mi è stato rimborsato l'intero importo.

A mio parere, questo comportamento sfrutta il nome e la reputazione di un’artista senza autorizzazione, confonde deliberatamente i consumatori e presenta tutte le caratteristiche di una truffa commerciale. È inaccettabile vendere imitazioni facendo credere che siano originali.

Consiglio vivamente di stare alla larga da questo sito, di acquistare solo dai canali ufficiali dichiarati dall’artista e di segnalare il caso alle autorità competenti e alle associazioni dei consumatori, perché pratiche del genere danneggiano sia gli acquirenti sia i veri creatori.

Voglio recensire purtroppo questi prodotti, non rappresentano quello che è mostrato nel sito. È tutta una truffa e hanno fatto bene le persone a dare delle recensioni scadenti. Le bambole vengono senza una confezione ma ricoperte da una busta di plastica, tipico dell'invio cinese, sconsiglio chiunque di acquistare questi prodotti, per il bene dei bambini.

I purchased a doll for my granddaughter for Christmas, however the doll is a massive disappointment.
For starters the doll is not what I ordered but a completely different doll.
It is not as the picture looks on their site.
It’s a cheap, nasty looking thing.
It doesn’t come in a box as the picture suggests.
When I contacted them regarding a refund, this is the message I received:-

Dear buyer, we are very sorry that the product cannot meet your satisfaction. As we are engaged in international trade, the shipping cost for returning the product needs to be borne by the buyer, which is very expensive. Therefore, we can refund 5% of the cost for you. Do you think it is okay to keep the product? Best wishes🤔

Obviously I have told them I want the full amount refunded and I will make sure that they STOP FRAUDING PEOPLE!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

What a wait and then “it” arrived
Dreadful poorly made and small sized doll that bears little resemblance of the ones advertised
I would be embarrassed to give this to my granddaughter
A sore lesson learned and never again, be so cautious

DO NOT ORDER from Serendity! The product I received was in no way similar to what was advertised. Then when trying to get a refund I received no response. A complete scam!!
