No matter how much you want to believe in a product they sell, don't buy it. The company is called sentdream because they send dreams, not reality. My product did not have the proper model connection code and they said the "relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you." It was only 1 product so this proved it was a standard, pre-scripted sentence. They offered $2 back which doesn't cover shipping costs. Dispute with your bank. AVOID!! BEWARE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Straight up, this a SCAM COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! YOU'LL RECEIVE NUMEROUS EMAILS PRETENDING TO TRACK YOUR ORDER BUT, THE PRODUCT NEVER GETS DELIVERED TO YOU. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a set on 12/03/2024,today is 1/04/2025,and I still haven't received the order. They stopped answering my emails the tracking says the same thing over and over. IN USA JACKSON in transit to carrier. That's it. Never ever purchase anything from this company. Called my card holder and canceled payment.

My pkg has been in transit from Omaha since 12/23. Today is 1/4. What Omaha is it coming from? They could have walked and gotten it here by this time. I will report this company for this nonsense practice.

This company is a total scam,I hope the FCC shut them down. I ordered a merchandise from them and never received it. They sent you fake notices like your order is being sent and it's not. So please tell all your family friends not to order from them. The company stinks.

I been waiting for my order for over a month and a half this company is ripping peoples off . Don’t order anything from them they are just going to take your money and you won’t receive anything from them. The tracking is BS also.

SCAM!! Ordered the AI earbuds, first tracking said they were coming from Italy, and then a week later said they were coming from China, not surprising! They keep telling me they are coming they are coming but it’s been a month the tracking information they send me goes to website that doesn’t work. Also, they charged me $17 for shipping after I ordered when they said it was 5.99 for shipping. *Edited to add that I finally received them after seven weeks, and they are absolute GARBAGE. The right one doesn’t work, and the left one sounds terrible. Also, in order to use the translation feature, you need to download an app and pay for a $70 subscription! This is not mentioned anywhere in the description when you buy them. I emailed them asking for a refund, they offered me two dollars back. I told them I wanted the full refund and they have since stopped answering my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!! Thankfully my bank gave me my money back.

I ordered one month ago, two different orders actually. They STILL haven't arrived . Shipment tracking that was sent was confusing and seemed inaccurate. This site may be a complete scam, we will see if I ever get my merchandise. There is no info given about length of shipping BEFORE you order.

I wish I would have read this before I purchased anything from these crooks !!!Sad thing is they were on TikTok and they are allowing this messed up !!

When I ordered an item from this company, The price was @20$ more on the invoice. I didn't complete the sale. Now they are hounding me to complete the sale. I tried to unsubscribe from these people several times but, evidently, that was ignored. I wouldn't recommend doing any kind of business with this company

Complete scam - ordered from them and they charged me a totally different amount than my bill. Requested a cancellation immediately and they will not respond to anything. Finally got a refund of the difference in my bill vs what was charged but now PayPal thinks my issue is “resolved” and closed my ability to complain. Still haven’t received anything either.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. ORDER GIFT IN BEGINNING OF DECEMBER AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. STRAIGHT SCAM AND NO UPDATE ON TRACKING OR REFUND......BLOCK THIS SITE!!

Horrible! Made a purchase on 12/7/2024
It’s now 12/27/2024 only can communicate through email that won’t answer any questions and a tracking system that won’t provide you any tracking information. Example package left Spain? Spain, I live in the US, then package arrived in Spain? I asked for a refund they said no because package is in transit. I asked them to cancel since they said they are in communication with the delivery company but they said no. Very disappointed and frustrated. I made this purchase for a Christmas gift completely unaware that this company does not operate properly nor are they customer service driven.

Saw a bluetooth speaker wireless charger I ordered as a gift. They were offering a code for a great deal. Placed the order, no place to enter code. Got charged way more, including shipping. With in 5 mins I emailed a cancellation request. Sent 2 requests a day for a week, without a response. Only shipping updates. Their policy is you can cancel for free as long as the order haven't been prepared to ship. I requested cancellation immediately after placing the order, less than 5 mins, they ignored it. But they started sending order confirmations 3-4 days later. Over a week later when they acknowledged my request, their response was please wait and get the item to see how much you like it before deciding if you keep it. No, no, no!!! This is a prime example of one reason i use PayPal just in case some stupid stuff like this. I have never had a vendor say anything like this to me. Its Dec 27th and it still haven't arrived.

I order a tree it never came pop up tree

This company hid the tax until I saw it on PayPal. The tax was not part of the invoice. They are cheating on taxes charging over the rate, making me pay $7.00 tax for a $20.00 item. Wrong. Bad business.
Update: Whether a software glitch, or not, I don't know. However, once they found out, they quickly sent me a PayPal $7.00 refund. We all have to have more compassion and help our fellow people.

Scam. Charged more than my receipt and then when they refunded me, without my asking for a refund, they shorted me $20.

I ordered a pair of AI ear buds, when they arrived, in the box was a QR code to activate them. When I scanned the code, it said that the download was harmful. I contacted sentdream, they only wanted to refund me $2 of a purchase over $50...I am now having to dispute charges with my credit card company...do not purchase from this company...they have no standard return policy.

Scam ! Robbery ! They take your money and lie about processing the order that is never processed !
