Never recieved my order, have been fighting for refund since end of december.
Last correspondence i was told they were on vacation and couldnt help.
So disgusted with this company.

From the moment I hit my order button, I’ve had nothing but problems with SENT DREAMS. They did not charge me the amount I agreed to and I had to correct them several times requesting the difference. I gave them plenty of time to ship my Christmas ornament, however 1 month later, I reached out to them for a for an update status on my order and they said they would send me a second ornament. After Christmas, I requested a full refund, which they said they could not issue because the second item had already been shipped. I continued to argue with them because I no longer needed a Christmas ornament after Christmas and wanted my full refund immediately.They agreed to give me a refund and this is now February 8, 2025. I’ve asked them at least a dozen times for an update on my refundand they string me along and say “wait a few more business days”.

I will never do business with this company again, as they are very dishonest and unprofessional. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OR REFUND!! They are an absolute joke of a business and if possible, I would have selected zero stars!

Do not order from this company. It's a scam. Order the wireless translation headphones and waited a month only to receive ugly hoop earrings that I did not order. Sent several messages and they're trying to act like they delivered the right product and are not refunding my money.

I ordered 2 translating earphones back in November and have yet to receive anything. In my opinion this is a scam good thing they didn't cost much. Stay far away from this company

I ordered 3 Translation Headphones. They sent just 3 ordinary headphones. They say I used the wrong order number. I could prove that this was not the case. They offered financial compensation 3 times but I insist on receiving the correct translation headphones. Now of course it remains quiet…. They simply cannot deliver this item!! Money gone…

I also ordered the wireless AI translator December 9, 2024 and never received it. I paid via PayPal and reported the incident there. Sentdream then replied saying that I had the wrong tracking number (shipment from US to France) and sent me a new one showing the shipment leaving from China!! It's now early February and I still don't have it. PayPal has closed my claim without reimbursing me. DO NOT ORDER from this company - it's a total scam.

I ordered the AI Translation Wireless OWS Bluetooth5.4 Earphones (Fit iOS & Android) early in December 2024 for a Christmas gift. Needless to say I still have not received them. The tracking shows they are in the US but doesn’t tell where in the US they are. I believe this Company is a scam & warn everyone to not buy from this company. I will be perusing legal action.

I ordered the AI Earbuds (4) on 12/06/24 and I still have not received my order. The tracking shows it has been sitting in Huntsville, AL for 26 Days. Definitely seems like a Scam!!!! Would advise NOT TO ORDER!!!

I received my order after about a month, which is expected for something coming from China.

Instructions for the AI headphones were provided in English with QR codes for the apk app and app code.

The QR code worked for the apk, but not for the code. The code was written in alpha-numeric on the QR code, so that wasn't a real issue.

I only worry about about installing app files and of course the Chinese government stealing data.

The app works in headphone mode, but I haven't tried it in the other modes available.

Overall, company shipped as expected, product works, but be aware, it translates all speech into another language. I tested on a soccer game for Spanish. The Spanish was translated into English, and the English was Translated into Spanish (So I couldn't really understand the questions the player was answering.) I may play around with the app to see if I can get all English audio.

I have to blame myself for not reading the reviews first. YUP, THEY GOT ME TOO!!!!! I ordered two of the AI earbuds and just like everyone else I got dooped. It took almost 2 months for me to get them and when they arrived they were not what I ordered. They were regular basic earbuds. I told them I wanted to return them and they told me that shipping would be expensive and offered me a $6 refund in total for the two earbuds that I had paid a total of $51.16 for. I told them that was a slap in my face and to send me the return address anyway so I can price the shipping for myself. They responded telling me they would refund me a total of $11 for both and did not give me the return shipping address. I AM SO PISSED!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

They do not ship the product or honour refunds, in fact they request you pay a second time. They also add on shipping insurance which is completely bogus

I purchased the product from this company on 12/15/2024: AI Translation Wireless OWS Bluetooth5.4 Earphones (Fit iOS & Android) × 1, and I paid the total value of $28.58
The product was delivered to me on 01/23/2025.
Despite the enormous delay in delivery, I received the product but found that it did not meet my needs. So, I contacted them to return it, as the return policy gives us 14 days after receipt.
They did not want to refund the product and offered me $4.00 as compensation. This is absurd.
The amount paid is not significant, but the lack of professionalism of this company left me outraged.
I will not buy anything from them again, and I do not recommend you do.

I agree with others who have posted on here. This has turned out to be a scam.

Filed a complaint with PayPal for refund. Emails to seller have fallen on death ears.

Scam Scam Scam ...Run as fast as u can away from this so-called Fake company. Take your money and send fake tracking numbers.

Wish I read all the review first before I lost my 41.00 on earbuds that I have 35 emails about trying to get a refund and refusing. What a great husband and wife team as they say.

I AM Beyond Pissed off about this $30 DOWN THE DRAIN AND NO AI TRANSLATER ORDERED ON 12-1-24 ALL LIES FROM THEM, I DON'T TRUST ANYONE ANYMORE AND THAT SUCKS

Ordered ai earbuds 15th Nov 2024 arrived 22nd Jan 2025 after emailing them. Buds look good but app is an apk file which is not recommended to install also all terms are in chinese. I recomend not to buy from this company.

I’ve been waiting in this order for almost a month! This is a scam, I’m getting different tracking info. First it was coming from Ireland and now I see it is coming from China! Either way, no headphones have arrived and I want my money back!! Please do not buy!

Finally arrived after almost 2 full months! Box is mangled and are regular cheap ear buds. Definitely scam

I wish I would have done my research. This is bogus. Waiting two months and never received AI ear buds. Sent email asking status and receive email back with tracking status - a different tracking number from original order tracking email! STAY AWAY!!! This is a scam!
