Ordered a 6 dragon egg pack as advertised for Easter gifts and only received one. They offered fast delivery but it was received AFTER Easter making it impossible to give as gifts. Contacted their help center and they never admitted their mistake but offered 1 USD as compensation. Dont use them ever as this group is a scam.

Sold or provided my email to at least one other company (I have a way of tracking if a particular address I’ve used for one company is later used by a different company.

One of the worse customer services I have ever encountered. It feels like a child is answering the emails. I wanted to return my product and I was offered 4 dollars in compensation....terrible on every front. Will not buy again!

If I could leave a -5 star review I would. Awful company. Product is junk. Customer service was horrible to work with, wouldn't respond, gave me the run around. It says you can cancel your order if you do it before your product is shipped. I cancelled about 7 minutes after I placed my order and they said they couldn't cancel it. I didn't get a delivery email for days after that, so it was obviously a scam. Terrible, terrible, terrible. SCAM. Don't buy anything from them.

Well, like everybody else mentions, this company is a complete scam. Package was delivered in December 2024 already according to T&T details, but off course none received.

I ordered the translation earpiece in December 2024 and it never arrived. I received a mysterious necklace in the mail with no information on the tiny envelope, I assume it was from them. (IDK). I assume this because on the email that I have been going back-and-forth with this company, they claimed I received the package and it correlates with the time I received the necklace. After going back-and-forth up until today, which is February 25, they tried to settle by saying they would send me three dollars. This company is definitely a scam. What a waste of money they have a website and a commercial and they don’t send anything but they just get enough people in the country or in the world to send them 1020 $30 and they think they’re gonna go somewhere with that

From what reviews I’ve read when someone does receive something it’s such poor quality. It’s not even worth it. I’m planning on posting as much as I can as everywhere I can to help this company shut down or go away. I suggest anyone who’s ordered from this terrible place do the same. Period.. I even called them out on. They’re going back-and-forth through emails to just buy time to where people down when asking for a refund. I guess the lesson here is the old saying if it’s too good to be true it probably is if I could post my entire email conversation on here I would.

My product has been "In transit" for two months. It is now and supposedly been in Madison, WI for 5 weeks. Seems the item likes winter sports because it isn't headed my way at all. Here is what I received, a canned response.

"We have checked it for you and your order is still in transit.
We sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery.
We have asked the carrier to expedite transportation speed.
Please wait patiently.
We are actively working to resolve for you."

Patiently? it has been 2 months. One more month I can't claim fraud with my CC company so I will do it today before they can scam me further.

Ordered 2 shower heads paid 60 dollars. Where are the connections xand hose that's on the package. This is not right. They are missing.

Total scam, I ordered earbug translator. Never received it. In fact when I track this item it showed delivered. It wasn't delivered to me and you had my correct address. Don't order ANYTHING from this TRASH company.

This obviously scam, online company do not exist, luckily I did not place large order, iPhone cable charge for more than a month , I have no way to contact this seller, nor find again their website, be careful not to order any product from them

SCAMMERS. I wouldn’t even give one star… it took 2 months for shipping info to show it was delivered to my mailbox. But post office has no record of it. I have been emailing them for a refund and they told me to go through the shipping company well there is no shipping company. SCAMMERS BIG TIME

I ordered the translator ear buds for my husband and it was delayed continuously. Until this week the show me it was delivers a month ago and I should look at cameras or post office. Neither show delivery this company needs to be shut down. Anyone have advice on how we all get our money back and stop them from continuing this?

The total on my invoice said $50.97, but they charged my card $63.71. Luckily my credit card company detected fraudulent activity. I should have known better when all of their social media links take you nowhere.

Like everyone else they are a scam, you will never receive your order and I paid for insurance. They will just tell you to call you local post office. Plus they over charged my and I fought to get that back. But never received my ordered.

Same thing everyone else is saying!. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. IVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ear buds but they reply back and forth confirming they are in transit then I received an email yhe next day saying it was sent 3 weeks ago. Iam filing a dispute with my card for a refund. I'm not understanding why this buisness hasn't been shut down by now!!!

I don't want to even leave a 1 star. They scam you. Wants me to send item back in good condition which it came in a smashed up box and missing an item. They want me to send it to Hong kong yet the two labels on the packing mailer I got are two us addresses. They try to low ball you on a refund. Total scam. Stay away. PayPal is now involved.

I ordered the AI translation earbuds for $19.99. The charge to my PayPal with shipping and fees ended up being $32. It took 6 weeks to finally receive my order which came from New York. The earbuds sent to me do not translate. I contacted the company and they offered to compensate me $4 to keep them. I refused that offer and they said the most they can compensate me is $6 or I can pay to return them to China and I may get the $19.99 refunded if they are returned in perfect condition. This place is a total SCAM!

Like everyone else on here, ordered the AI translation earbuds on Dec. 19, 2024. It is 52 days later and still nothing. They reply to my emails every week and say it is coming. I have to wait. Keep sending me the same tracking where it sat in Chicago since 1/9/25. Requested refund from PayPal, but from the looks of other comments, that probably isn't happening. TOTAL SCAM
