Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! Sent the wrong product and tried to claim they had sent the right product despite sending photos of the item and delivery note. The item decription very clearly stated what they were selling, even having a Note to explain and yet received the complete opposite. Eventually agreed we could return for a refund but that meant paying for postge and having to go to a Post Office. Very disappointing would never buy from them again!

Always wary on Google ads that the page…
Always wary on Google ads that the page might be fake or a scam .. but came here to read the reviews first and decided to take a chance as couldn't find the perfume anywhere else .. turned up 3 days later just as needed so thank you will definitely use again!!!

Fabulous and easy to order my much loved skincare from this company. Delivery was on time, product exactly as I ordered. Definately ordering again. Thankful for the competitive pricing too. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else now.

Great website love it
Great website, delivers on price, goods despatched promptly and love the product.
I have been using the earlier Ceramide product because that was all I could obtain. However this improved version is great just as I remember the earlier product.
Light, slightly fragranced, it absorbs easily into the skin leaving it feeling fresh and moisturised. Love it.
One thing I hadn't noticed was the sun protection level which has dropped to factor 20 from factor 30. You need sun screen!!
