I got my crypto transfer although there were hidden fees from my local bank. I recommend transferring a higher amount to have at least a better or maximum hidden fees from the local banks to your advantage.

the support is a very malicious person
first of all i downloaded the app and i created an account which was very easy and then i tried making a transcation with it, my selected payment method was crypto and i sent the money to the provided details which went swiftly.i got an email stating i should reach the support on telegram (note:this is the same support ive been in communication with)
i did they asked for passport and selfie of me holding the passport and also asked for screenshot of the transferred payment which i did immediatly i got the message
i kept on getting an email stating i should respond to the support which i was doing,
this is a payment i initiated yesterday and from yesterday till now the payment is showing that the i should contact the support which i have already done.
i kept on checking in the support and they told me that my payment was being processed whileby the app was saying another thing
after some hours it was the same i came back to them and told them that i wasn’t interested again thus they should cancel it but the support read my messages and snubbed it
i have never seen a financial platform support that snubs message and now i’m thinking this is all a scam
i have been pleading for my refund and the person keeps reading and snubbing my messages without saying anything
the last thing i will ever do is come on here to lie about a platform
i can prove all this.if this doesn’t get settled today i will be putting my instagram and telegram handle here so anyone can DM so i can share the screenshots of the chats and you will see even when the support read my messages and snubbed it and the rest and tomorrow i will also make a Tiktok video talking more on this and i will come on here and leave my username.

They are scammer i paid to thier bank and now 3 rd day my paymentt is not delivered to recipent they charge 30% and also take more then 3 days and not deliver please use tap tap send or remitly they are secure and instant

Estafadores. Lo primero que no avisan que no hacen transferencia a Rusia. Pero quitan el dinero.
3 de marzo 2025 sacaron de mi cuenta 62.18 euros por transferencia que no la hicieron , en mismo día 1.25 y querían estafar 19.63 euros y 1.25 que bloqueo el banco . Él día 4 de marzo atentado de estafa 19.63 y 5 de marzo atentado de estafa 9.85. Quería conectar por correo y no existe la dirección. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES. Es la misma cuenta de PROFEE. Revise cuenta y la cuenta la que me cobraron es la misma de PROFEE. Ósea el estafador es el mismo , tienen estos dos aplicaciones.
