These are scammers/fraud. To use this app and transfer payment, I was directed to their partner Volet.com, where I had to register separately and pass verification. SendNOW explained, that transfers are done by their partners and they have nothing to do with their verification procedures (e.g., this is for safety, to follow regulations, AML.. etc., etc.). Volet.com first of all asked photo of my ID from both sides. After, they asked: 1) photos showing both sides of the payment card (I was allowed only to hide card numbers in the middle, but had to show the first six and the last four numbers. On the back, I was allowed to conceal the three-digit security code (CVC/CVV); 2) A selfie with me holding the card; 3) An official bank statement for the card, if there was not my name on it. After providing this info, the Volet.com stopped answering my messages. Ohh, what a change after they got my info, because until this moment, they were very active in communication and all answers were provided ASAP. When I wrote to SendNow that these are scammers, they continued to say, that they are registered etc, etc... SO, THESE AR SCAMMERS/FRAUD WHO JUST COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFO, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!

I tried to be as respectful as I could, yet sendNOW represented by Natalya refuses to be transperant and did not want to provide the information for a $286 transaction regarding how much comission and fees there will actually be taken from it.
When comparing to the website I noticed it said USDT 5 up to $200, but nothing about amounts higher then that. I could only estimate it by doing some of my own math which keps coming at 0.53 USD (which seems too low according to what the public said about sendnow)
When discussing this with Natalya, I received a cocky reply and claims that its sensitive company information, as if a comission could not be disclosed.
When I confronted her that this is false she returned a reply "We shall see, Thank you!" and left the chat. basically giving me the middle finger in a polite way.
Perhaps its a miscommunication during their auto-translation.
But I think she's just being rude. its not how you treat clients. she doesnt care about customer satisfaction or completing her work.
I believe SendNOW should not hire such people if they cant do basic customer service.

Impossible to pay the service of SendNOW. The options are either crypto (better use Bybit) or Guardarian (rejects all cards that we have, more than 5) and volet ( requires a card with name on it and physical one!.) many countries do not use them anymore. Please upgrade your options to pay.

The review below was flagged by SendNow as being harmful and was removed althought this is my experience. So I repost:
L'utilisation du système en soi est compliqué. Vous recevez des messages d'erreur et vous recommencez plusieurs fois pour au final vous rendre compte que vous avez fait plusieurs envois. C'est là que commence L'ARNAQUE. Seconde arnaque l'argent est prélevé mais n'est JAMAIS arrivé au destinataire. Au début les messages disaient que l'argent n'était pas parti. Ensuite vous recevez des messages confirmant la réception. L'argent n'a JAMAIS ETE REÇU. Nous avons envoyé nos relevés de compte. Rien n'y fait. Ils affirment que l'argent à été reçu. Je vous déconseille vivement.
26/07/2025 Le service client d'aucune aide. Ils répètent comme des perroquets "votre transfert à été délivré ". J'ai fourni la preuve que l'argent à été prélevé , le relevé de compte du receveur. Le directeur du service client Odin me demande de lui envoyer les documents en PDF!!! Vous n'avez pas de logiciel pour convertir les documents en PDF? J'ai compris qu'ils essaient de faire semblant de faire quehlque chose. NE VOUS FAITES PAS AVOIR. Envoi fait depuis le 13 Juillet soit 13 jours.
Vous pouvez être là personne suivante qui se fait voler.
1 Août 2025: pourquoi vous parlez de chèque? Je vous ai envoyé le document de multiple fois et le document est parfaitement lisible sur mon téléphone! Ce que vous ne dites pas c'est que moi aussi je vous ai demandé la preuve que cet argent a été retiré. Votre seule réponse est " l'envoi est délivré". C'est une transaction financière vous n'avez pas de traçabilité? Vous ne communiquez pas avec vos partenaires? Je n'ai pas mon argent et mon amie non plus cela c'est la réalité ! Arnaque.

I used to use Profee.com to send money to Russia, but since they stopped supporting transfers there, I looked for alternatives. ChatGPT recommended SendNOW as a reliable and modern service, so I decided to give it a try.
This was my first time using SendNOW, and while the process was ultimately successful, I made a mistake during the identity verification step—I was not patient enough and ended up submitting the payment three times by accident.
I reached out to their customer support, and they were extremely professional and helpful. Within a couple of days, the issue was fully resolved. I chose to have the other two transactions sent to my daughter, and they processed that exactly as I requested.
The original transfer went through smoothly, and their support team gave me clear, reassuring communication throughout. For a first-time experience, this was very encouraging. I’ll definitely continue using SendNOW and recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable way to send money to Russia.

I don't quite get it, why the exchange rate differs so much from official one. E.g. today 1 EUR in sendnow system equals 76 EUR, whereas official exchange rate is about 92 EUR. I mean of course exchange rate may vary, but so much?! Other than that, it is a reliable and quick transfer service.

At first, I was caseous with this app, but needed to send money to my family overseas and it seemed to be the only option through crypto in my circumstance. Several small (<= $300) transfers took under 24 hours. One time it took a couple of days so I contacted customer service over Telegram chat, got someone right away, and in 15 mins my transfer was fixed and completed; another time I made a mistake and sent to the platform wrong currency and it was also seamlessly resolved. Wow. I am very grateful to the people who work in customer service and overall to those working on this app - you are making a huge difference for ordinary families. Thank you.

I was a bit wary of using this service at first, because of some reviews saying they had some issues.
Still, my partner sent money from UK to Russia, and it went through, the only thing is that GBP is not available yet, so you will need to send either crypto, dollars, or euros.
But in the end, the transfer went through in like 15 hours or so, less than a day(!!)
I had some questions regarding the transfer still, but support answers quickly in Telegram which is very convenient.

When I try to send, the app is stuck on USDT (Crypto), under payment method, it says cryptocurrency and wont let me change to card or bank transfer, even if I click on those, it is still stuck on crypto. User-unfriendly. I tried emailing them and they said oh just switch it or read up on how. They never resolved my issue

First of all, when I opened an account, my payment method was GBP. Now when I try to send money, GBP is no longer available, only usd, eur, or crypto currency.

I am a US citizen who has lived and worked in the NETHERLANDS for 11 years. In looking for a company to make money transfers to Russia, I read reviews about SendNOW that recommended its services and customer support so I reviewed its website carefully. I also did an AI search if US citizens could use the site; the answer always came back that you could send money from anywhere, including the US and UK. The last 2 days of horrors convinced me that this site is not to be trusted.
On July 9, 2025, I tried to send $1000 to a friend in Russia. I entered all data correctly, chose the Guardarian option and waited for a payment prompt or link to appear, but none did. When I contacted SendNOW support, I was brushed off and told to contact Guardarian support as I had to verify my identity first. I did, but Guardarian claimed they could not find the transaction even though I sent them a photo with the transaction ID. Guardarian said I should have been sent a verification link, but one never arrived. As the transaction was saved on the site, I saw a MAKE PAYMENT prompt, pressed it, and the payment was immediately shown as canceled. Once again, the ‘superb’ support team at SendNOW brushed me off back to Guardarian support for help, telling me I would not get a verification link; Guardarian then promptly brushed me back to SendNOW, telling me the transaction never arrived and that someone at SendNOW had canceled it.
I sent a copy of this message back to SendNOW, who asked where I was from, and I replied that “I am a US citizen working in the Netherlands. .. does it matter???” Support asked if I had Dutch documents and I replied, “Yes resident permit and US passport.” SendNOW support then stated, “So, please restart to create a transfer. You need to choose card transfer via Volet in our app (with euro currency) and while verification you need to specify your residence permit. (If you’re in US now, please use Netherlands’s VPN).”
On July 10 I did all I was told—deleted the old transfer, created a new one, got a link to pay and my Dutch Mastercard was promptly docked €1082.90 (22% commission), uploaded my Dutch residence permit and my bank card, waited 1 hour, and then was told my verification could not be processed by Volet because they do not offer services to US citizens. I was given the option to cancel the transfer, but as soon as I pressed the cancel button I got a ‘transaction error' message. After filing a complaint, I was told that I had to wait up to 2 weeks to get my money back.
Although many reviews on here praise SendNOW support, there is nothing to compliment here. All I saw was being bounced back and forth between SendNOW and their various verification services, with extensive fingerpointing and false statements on all sides. No one took ownership of the problem, and SendNOW support has gone into hiding to avoid answering questions about why their site says one thing and the reality is something different. If you want to go ahead and trust these scammers, be my guest, but the stench of fraud here is overwhelming. I wasted 2 days of time trying to use their ‘service’ and got nothing in return. My advice is to avoid them like the plague.
FYI . . . the reply from SendNOW is unhelpful. Being more transparent after the fact does NOT help, as their Customer Support team was made aware of my nationality upfront and still told me to proceed following THEIR instructions. Not a single agent warned me upfront that their company's advertised policy of making transfers for anyone was knowingly false, nor did their 2 vendors state upfront that verification would be a waste of time based on my nationality. And the ending comment about trying again is meaningless--there are only 2 vendors listed and I tried both of them, so unless the site adds a third vendor who can accept transfers from US nationals who no longer live in the US, there is nothing for me to do.
