Sender.net is hands down one of the worst platforms we've ever had the displeasure of trying. And I say "trying" because we never actually got to use it. Our account was banned before we even sent a single email. Not one campaign. Not one contact uploaded. Nothing. Banned for absolutely nothing.
When we reached out to support, we were met with canned, robotic responses that made it painfully obvious no one actually reviewed our case. Their "QA team" apparently conducted a "thorough evaluation" and decided we weren't welcome — despite us having done literally zero on the platform. Thorough evaluation of what, exactly? An empty account?
Multiple team members tried to set things up independently and ran into the same broken experience — confusing onboarding, steps that simply don't work, and then an unexplained ban to top it all off. It's almost impressive how badly they've designed this process.
The support agent's final advice? "Explore alternative options." For once, we agree with them. That's exactly what we're doing — and we'd strongly encourage anyone reading this to do the same. There are far better email marketing platforms out there run by teams that actually know what they're doing.
Sender.net doesn't deserve your time, your data, or your trust.

I’m new to sender and I love it so far. It’s easy to set up, intuitive, and the basic features are enough to take me quite far as an aspiring ‘micro-business’ owner.
And their customer support is amazing! When I needed help with something I got a response within less than an hour from a REAL human being! What a breeze of fresh air in the robot and AI jungle! Lucas was super helpful, kind, and there was an actual dialogue going on with several emails going back and forth until everything was sorted that didn’t stretch out over days as it is often the case with other companies.

Lucas sorted my issue within the blink of an eye, and I felt like I won the jackpot after going through hell with Google’s zero, or better minus, customer support the same day (issue not fixed, of course). What at difference, thank you!!

Super grateful to have had quick responses and visual support when necessary for what I needed to solve in the moment. Thanks Lucas!

I've created a new account in a minutes. When I've got the delivery problem, I've asked support service and the problem was fixed in 2 (two!!!) minutes with a live human!

New to Sender and completely ignorant in technical terms. I had a problem with my domain which, of course, I didn't understand at all. This didn't keep Michael from the Sender Chat to help me immediately. Great experience. And my newsletter looks great.

The worst ever, I tried 15 times to sign in into the platform and they saved both my accounts and when every I try to log in the platform gives the error "Error occurred: Unauthorized. Please log in or contact support." I just wanna delete my accounts, and I can't, Imagine the services how its going to be..

I'm brand new to Sender, but when I ran into a problem, I reached out to chat and got an IMMEDIATE solve from their CSR, Skylar. Not only did they fix my problem, but it was only a problem for about 30 seconds. I'm stunned at how fast I got help! Can't wait to see how sending with Sender goes for my nonprofit.

I had a technical issue and couldnt resolve it myself - I went on to the chat Icon - soon enough there was Michael - I didnt even have to wait for long, I briefly described my issue and also that I wasnt too tech savy. He was very to the point and polite, no faffing and resolved my issue in just a couple of minutes. I was very grateful for his assistance.

I was looking for a simple and preferably free or low-cost email newsletter platform for the non-profit organisation I run. I came across Sender.net and have found it pretty easy to set up a simple e-news. I had some issues importing my contacts, so used that chat function. Skylar came to my rescue very quickly, and rapidly got to the root of the problem. Email news sent! Very happy so far.

Very quick and polite customer service rep, Lucas, sorted Sender's non-profit discount for the charity I work for right away. Still getting used to Sender as a service but seems to be especially easy-to-use — less feature-creep than legacy providers — and at a fair price. And if you can't figure something out, my experience suggests the support is excellent.

The platform works well and the terms are generous. I am especially impressed with how fast the Support team responds to any issues. I recently dealt with Lucas and he was very helpful.
