I needed assistance from sender's support. They were very helpful, answered quickly and the friendly.

I am writing this review just on the setup. I installed from Shopify, but the setup isn't straightforward if you're not technical. There are a series of steps, and if your unsure they don't have hands on or a way to remote in to help, however they will send instructions. So just know that the app is just plug and play.

Thanks Skylar at Sender for your amazing online support. It's not always simple to get the correct internet search feedback, Skylar helped with several queries and resolved everything quickly.

Was switching over to sender from mailjet, before i was even able to send an email my account was restricted and suspended due to failure to comply with their anti-SPAM policy due to the nature of the content I was planning to share on the platform. Keep in mind, I hadnt even sent an email yet all I did was waste 1-2 hours of my life uploading my email list that I obtained LEGALLY with CONSENT aswell as setting up an automation for my welcome email. And when i ask them to send me proof that I wasnt in compliance for what i was "planning to send" they couldnt give me any reason. Dont waste your time with this platform like I did.

Sender is perhaps the best email platform out there right now. I've used MailChimp, AWeber, and a couple others, and nothing comes close to what the fine folks at Sender are doing. The platform is easy to use; the features are top-notch; and the people and support are outstanding.

For example, I had a small issue with the Wordpress plugin. I chatted with support (live!), sent a few log files, and within a day there was a fix for the issue.

Perhaps the most pressing feature is the pricing: Sender has what would cost double, if not triple, on other services.

The tech is great. The people are great. The price is right. I am very happy with Sender.

So far my experience with Sender.net has been positive. I am still setting things up, but their online support is pretty helpful. I worked Skylar, and she was very efficient and very help. She answered all of my questions and hung with me until my issue was resolved.
