Very prompt reply to my email with a query about bottle tops. Very quick delivery. Ordered Sun the 2 boxes of bottles and lids arrived by Wed. Good value too.

Ordered 80 brown 500ml bottles. Good service, good price, prompt delivery. My only gripe is that I ordered 80brown the order contains 72 brown as ordered and then 8 clear different shaped bottles. I am presuming they ran out but I have no message to say so. Otherwise very happy.

I needed some new bottle tops for my Lakeland 250ml milk bottles as the other ones had rusted. I spent quite a while searching on Google for replacement tops and came across Sen5es. They had just the thing so I ordered ten bottle tops. They were very reasonably priced, well packaged and quickly delivered via Royal Mail. I'm chuffed to bits with my purchase because they're absolutely perfect for my needs - thank you.

Ordered early Thursday morning. 750 bottles confirmed 5 minutes later and delivered within 24 hours.
If the are any other companies doing customer service / deliver / product quality like Senses, then we’d also like to work with them. We won’t stop giving 5 star reviews for this incredible company. Thanks for being so reliable and helping us run our business smoothly too

Some bottle caps missing but it was rectified promptly. Received missing items by return and also some complimentary bottle packaging. Bottles and caps are really good quality and received 160 bottles with no breakages.

This is only the second time I’ve ordered from this company, absolutely exemplary customer service with 2 day delivery & the products are too notch, perfect for my home made chilli sauce. Will be ordering again next year.

Fantastic product, very quick delivery, will use again very soon

My experience has been great with them. A couple of hiccups in the beginning but service is second to none.

Have used Sen5es services on and of for approx 4 years. Always efficient, always friendly.
Most recently we had an issue with stock and what really impressed me was the the speed at which this was resolved. In my experience this is exceptional service that with most other companies would have dragged. Genuine 10/10!!!

150ml sauce bottles with caps and capsules, Superb value for money and great quality, packaged well and delivered quickly, highly recommended

Efficient and cost effective. Excellent service.

Outstanding.
The best glass bottles and the best service in the UK.

Needed corks for my Ceramic Kraken bottles and after searching on Google I came across Sen5es. I found the corks I assumed I needed and placed an order. They arrived quite quickly, considering the chaos Royal Mail are putting customers through again. Unfortunately due to my ignorance in not checking the size required I ordered the wrong size. Lesson learnt, but it hasn't put me off ordering the correct size next time.
