Quality bottles delivered quickly after very simple ordering process

Fantastic bottles, great price and arrived really quickly, carefully packaged. And I didn’t need to line Jeff Bezos’ pockets to get them! These guys are my ‘go-to’ from now on!

I had previously used Sen5es as a source for hot sauce cartons for display and gifting. I really liked that product and based on that experience, I thought I would give them a try on the actual bottles as my normal supplier was out of stock. The two cases of 24 arrived intact and contained the bottles, caps, drip inserts and heat shrink cap covers. I sanitized them per normal with a 10cc ChemSan to 4.5 liters of water for a period of 5 minutes and then let them dry. It was then I noticed a high percentage of the drip inserts exhibited radial cracks some of which went all the way to the centre drip hole. I contacted customer service regarding this by email and ultimately spoke to one of the company principles regarding receiving replacements at no charge. After considerable back and forth including sending pictures demonstrating the problem, I realized none were going to be offered based on neither the vendor or the OEM having seen this problem previously which suggested I had somehow created the problem with my handling. I ultimately submitted pictures and a description to an AI bot and immediately received a description of environmental stress cracking and its cause. Drip inserts are made of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE). While LDPE has excellent resistance to acids, cheap or poorly molded grades are highly susceptible to stress cracking when exposed to surfactants (the foaming agents in sanitizers like ChemSan). I shared this information with the principle and he did a 180 and offered to send me replacements (which he did at their expense). The information will also allow other customers to be cautioned about the use of surfactant sanitizers as well as inform the OEM. Patience and some data resolved the problem and I credit the principle at Sen5es for making things "right". I will be using them again as a source for items I use in hot sauce production.

I needed some last minute corks. Ordered them on the website but unfortunately missed the shipping window for the day as well into the afternoon. However not an hour later I got a call to say they'd got them on to go out next day. A superb company that truly cares for their customers.
