OK, so I'm addicted to cigarettes, a very nasty unhealthy habit. Around 4 - 5 months ago I saw the post on Facebook and thought maybe some savings here. My first order (and several subsequent orders) involved mixed labels as I tried to find a label that was both satisfying and had a flavor that just might be comparable to the premium brand I have smoked for 53 years. No, and now fully convinced that it is never going to happen. Yes, when you light the cigarette you do get smoke but not much more. The products are advertised as using premium tobacco; that too is debatable. The packaging borders on comedy. Sometimes there is a tear strip, sometimes not. Sometimes the plastic wrapper is actually attached to the box, sometimes not. You are guaranteed to have 50% of the cigarettes only half full of tobacco, this of course means that when you light it it burns in a "flame on" half way down the cigarette. The box, sometimes it is cut fully around so you can open it, most of the time it is not. I refer to this as my leave at home pack or OK to go out with pack. My favourite has to be the filters not actually attached to the cigarette itself rather it is just sort of poked in the end. Best time to light this is of course while you are driving and the lit cigarette either falls on you or crashes to the vehicle carpet leaving a nice burn. I've received many emails from selectsmokes asking me to leave a review. Here you go. Buyer beware.

Husband really likes these smokes and how much less tobacco is wasted than others he has bought. They are well worth the price and quality is good. Only problem he had was the cigarette packs were sealed crooked so they were hard to open.

There is a credit card number listed on our account that does not belong to me or my husband and this Select Smokes system will not let me update the correct information and THEY DO NOT REPLY TO REQESTS FOR ASSISTANCE.I have been trying to correct this information for over a month.

Unfortunately, the Canadian Charcoal filters were defective in over 60% of the cigarettes. The filter was not properly adhered to the tobacco part, causing a vent to allow smoke to escape, which greatly reduced the intake. All 4 cartons were effected. This has never happened before and I do like these cigarettes. Delivery was prompt and packaging, as always, was great. Thank you for reading this.
