Most comfortable smartwatch I have ever owned out of (3).
A little disappointed as a newer version came out and this one is no longer on your website.
New one doesn’t have any button sticking out and monitors body temperature.
No changing adapter needed which is a plus.
But like I said, this is the most comfortable watch I have owned!

You have not even responded to my rwo emails requesting a return address to send the watch back as it is not suitable ,I cant even read the small face.It is here wrapped in its original package waiting for a return address and refund .Not impressed with this company at all.

I love the Fitnesstracker (ZNSH-C6T-BLU). But theres a malfunction now, I hope your support staff wil answer quick answer.

Product arrived as ordered, easy to set up . Happy with
purchase.

You need to have instructions included in your product as to how to register using captcha. I needed a friend to help me register and we didn't realise that there was an email with a reference number. These emails ended up in spam and so was not noticeable, also if you only have a phone and need to look for this email and then return to registration in 60 seconds, this is really pushing the time barrier.

Good unit but set up instructions are not easy to follow

The blood pressure monitor is extremely inaccurate. I cannot tell if the other applications are accurate but the BP is not even close to accurate.

I find it very good so easy to use it, and especially being able to use it on my wrist,so handy for me, thank you for this

Zero customer service, I about emailed twice for info about device charger and got no response..when I then commented about bad customer service on FB pages my comments were deleted, but still no attempt made to contact me for resolution

Product great, well made, strong but would have liked to receive some exercises stretches to go with the band as I found it difficult to stretch using the band over my shoulder and couldn't work out how to do this without going to the website.

Product works as advertised feet allready feeling better.

Reading fine I find it very good and it arrived very quick. I’m delighted with it.
