This company will tell you everything you want to hear and deliver nothing that you want. Stay as far away as possible from Seicane. The radio they said it would be the correct radio with the correct connectors they were never correct at all nothing matches whatsoever it is not 3 to 5 day business shipping it took over a week and a half they will refuse to give you a refund and push you out of your return policy notice. They will not give you the address for the refund and they are not quick with responding. They want to give you a piddly feedback and for you to keep the radio the fee doesn't even cover the shipping that it costed to get it to me. I even took pictures of my radio connectors and they said it would work and it never did. This place is a scam and a gimmick they will take your money and leave you helpless.
I bought a head unit for my Ford focus…
I bought a head unit for my Ford focus 2012. they told it is the right one for my car. 4 weeks later I received the head unit. They sent me a 2015 unit which was not compatible to my car. I sent it back and I paid the posted £52. Within 6 weeks I received the correct unit. Connected to the car and find out the touchscreen not working, I contacted them again and they gave me some information's to calibrator it, that didn't work either so I contacted them again they sent me out a touchscreen I connected to the unit and its still don't work. They told me to send it back so they can repair it at my cost which was £44. Within 6 weeks I received the unit back I connected to the car there were no power, it was faulty again. I contacted them again they told me return it at my cost. I was so angry and disgusting with all as I bought the item last November and I still have not connected to my car. So, I ask for money back. They told me No because it be more than 3 months. All the faults were their own, 1st sent me the wrong unit, 2nd They sent me a faulty unit, 3rd time they sent me back another faulty unit. I had a radio engineer to connect this unit into my car. So far it cost me £110. I am trying to get my money back from them without success.
So be very careful when you buy from this company.
Had a worst experience
Had a worst experience. received a cheap and faulty product. Spent 200$ to install from bestbuy and told its a faulty set. After long chain mails, they agreed to refund once items is received. spend 120$ to ship it back though its not my fault. Poor customer support via email. Very cheap quality. Not compatible with US cars. Please do not buy if you want to lose money like me. There are better products locally. total lost is time + 320$ with no radio.

i purchased this unit for my Toyoya 2017 C-HR oem-android-for-toyota-c-hr-rhd-high-version-2018-radio-with-bluetooth-hd-touchscreen-gps-navigation-system-support-carplay-dab-h6729
It arrived after i had to pay £55 tax to Fedex, Apple Car Play didn't work, DAB Aerial connection wrong, Reversing Camera fitting not the same, plus the back was over and inch too thich to fit in the car.
Since then this Chinese Company have fobbed me off and offered me $80 back and keep a unit that doesn't work or fit my car as they told me it would.

I am sorry but i am not liable to pay postage costs for a unit i had to pay customs tax on, that is not as was required or described.
I have never heard of EMS and i am not sending back to China to be told you never received it as i've been ripped off before over that old trick, and i am certainly not going to fraudulently put a lower value on it so you don't have to pay customs tax.
I have read the reviews on Trustpilot which i should have read before i ordered this unit, as all the warning signs are there, but here i am with a unit that doesn't fit in my car.
So far i have been asked by Seicane to get it fitted professionally and get it altered.
Your returns page states
"Policy Exclusions
Products are not covered by our 30 day return and refund policy if:
1.The product is not distributed by Seicane.
2.The product has been worn, damaged or contaminated.
3.The product has been stored or exposed to extreme environments.
4.Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration or improper installation.
5.Partial goods of a complete sets are be returned.
6.The claim is made more than 30 days after your received the item."
I have fitted Car stereos for years and i know what i am doing, your unit is not fit for my car as the back is too big, and i am certainly not going to alter it for you to then say it is now not covered, and i cannot see a way of altering it unless i cut a massive hold in the back of the head unit panel in my cars dash.
You've offered me $80 refund and i keep a unit that is no use to me, and will be difficult for me to sell on to someone else whose car it will not fit in. SO no i will not accept that.
Also on your return process it states
"3.Return fee
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product"
So as you sent a unit that is clearly not going to fit my car due the huge brown back on the unit, and also that apple car play doesn't work, and i cannot plug in my Reverse camera, and DAB fitted aerial etc the return shipping should be down to you to organise, and you should get Fedex to collect it from me.
I asked all the questions before ordering about if the unit fits my car, i was told it will, i stated i needed apple car play, be able to plug in my DAB fitted aerial, and my fitted reversing camera, i was told yes they will be fitted in the harness, the harness is just the basic one for power and speakers etc and nowhere to plug in the above required items. The fact that the unit has a massive back on it makes me again ask the question "how did you get a unit in a Toyota C-HR in your picture?"

If you're planning on purchasing from this website I advise you to read all reviews before proceeding. I purchased a product from the back in May 2021, even after having read many reviews, I figured I gave them benefits of a doubt. But unfortunately I should have considered the reviews. Constantly contacting customers service each replied indicated item is shipped in 2 days waiting on tracking number, but item was never shipped out as many time contacting them. My advice is if you plan to purchase use PayPal as a payment, you will get your money without hassles. If you use a credit card good luck getting in touch with getting a refund. I had to file a dispute with PayPal and fortune I did received my money without any issues. I purchased a android head unit the cost $450 with an additional $50 for faster service, but that was a waste. They just take the money and come up with an excuse. So hope this will help someone out before considering buy from them. I ended buying from Aliexpress.com and received without any problem plus the site gives you updates on everything they do. Absolutely great site and fast service and delivery process. Best of luck

dont buy from this company! they will take your money give you a bad product and not refund you! I ordered a radio from them and it came in the mail, i went to a shop to have it installed in my truck and it didnt work. it in fact caused my trucks anti theft system alarm to go and my truck had to be taken to a dealership and pay to get it fixed. The company told me to send it back to get the refund. i sent the radio back a month ago and i still havent been refunded. they have my money and the radio.

Worst customer service ever encountered
Worst customer service ever encountered in my life with zero communication skills.. I purchased a head unit from seicane a while ago which worked fine most of the time but whenever something did go wrong they didn't care and just told me to visit a shop local to me as they were not able to help me.. I decided to give them another shot on another unit for another car when I was quoted $218 for postage from China to Australia. I emailed them and questioned why postage is so expensive when I only paid $65 on the last unit I purchased and was told the item was "too heavy" and "travelling such long distance" As I explained to "Alice" once again that I only paid $65 shipping the last time and that other companies in China offer free postage on the same item, I was simply offered a 3% discount. Never again will I waste my time or money with this company and I recommend people buy from elsewhere
2 years in my Wrangler and still running strong!
As you can see, Seicane has a ton of mixed reviews. Personally, I have loved my head unit which has been running strong for 2 years. I run the internet thru my phones Hotspot which can be shaky at times (not sure if the dongle works better) But the quality of the audio is great and I love the fact that you can run almost any app on it (Netflix, prime video, YouTube, etc).
Seicane head Unit fast processor and flexible
Got a new seicane unit and must say that it’s really good. I use agama launcher on top. Extra USB for CarPlay waze for navigation. It comes with GPS antenna, DAB also in and tpms for tires. My Citroën C4 Got a new Unit that fits and blend perfect on Dashboard. I as european and maybe others are not uset to a product that is that flexible that we Can do anything with the product. But then e-mail Them and look carefull at diagrams for wiring before assemble. I even Got my steering wheel buttons to work and in the end a wireless rear Camera.
Alot of hassle
Ordered a £300 unit, arrived broken. Spent a whole week sending back and forth emails to the after sales. They agreed to send a new screen to me after telling them at least ten times! New screen came and it's completely different, wired it all in anyway and still broken. Ended up throwing the unit in the bin where it belongs, gave up and didn't want another week sending emails out. Same story with China... you buy at a risk
Poor after sales service, poor quality, buy at own risk
cannot be worst. Beside the low-level quality of their products, dealing with their customer service is daunting and frustrating. They don't read email but just reply with copy/paste emails. The after sales understanding of English is poor or their staff have serious understanding disfunctions. Or it is their policy to drive nuts the client so to give up. No spare parts available in case of need. No insight tech info of their products. I was asking the pinout diagram of a specific product, due to a lost RCA cable: it ended after 5 days lost in ping-pong nonsense emails from their side and their incapability to respond, with no idea from their side what a pinout diagram is !!! Basically, buy at your own risk.
WORST company to deal with
WORST company to deal with! They inserted the incorrect tarrif code, which was rejected by SA Customs, and then there was a $105 penalty which they refused to pay, which I was then liable to pay. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Happy with Seicane and product
I don’t get where those bad reviews come from. I had a very good experience with the company and their product. They are China based, so yes, there are a few quirks. But they react swiftly on email and their English is understandable and helpful. If you have a decent working brain then it’s no problem installing everything and get it to work. I am very happy with Seicane and the audiosystem I bought from them.
