Jessica was very helpful and friendly. She explained everything in detail. Made me feel comfortable about what I had to do. Was very knowledgeable about the process of going into debt consolidation. When she said she was going to call me at a certain time she kept her word. If I had any questions she answered them truthfully. This company seems very Rand reputable.
