The recovery was surprisingly fast and effective. I'm extremely happy to say that all 100% of the files on my failed solid state drive were recovered. Which is an absolute lifesaver as it means that important personal files as well as work for clients is not lost.

I was very sceptical going into this data recovery world as many companies are promising miracles and often will charge hundreds if not thousands.
Mark at Secure Data Recovery Services was honest, approachable and had a clear plan in order to recover my missing data. I was never told everything would be recovered (it wasn't) however I knew what to expect when given a quote and if nothing was found, nothing was charged which I felt comfortable with. Unfortunately some of my data was not recoverable as the heads of the drive had gone but roughly 75% of my work was recovered. It is better than nothing. I am very thankful to Mark and his team and will use them again in the future.... (hopefully not).
