- You can book on our easy-to-use app or website at any time. Book for the same day, or organise up to a month in advance. You can book appointments for any time from 7am - 10pm, meaning we can fit around your working schedule. We always do our absolute best to accommodate all appointment requests.
- Request your favourites
- We know it's easy to build up a relationship with your beauty therapist and our app makes it easy to book your favourites. You can mark therapists from previous appointments as your favourites and when you make your next booking, you can send your request directly to them. If they are not available, you can then extend to the rest of our elite professionals.
Free Cancellation
We know plans change...
We offer free cancellation if you cancel over 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours but we are able rearrange your appointment there will be no charge.

Fantastic for events and last minute bookings
I’ve used secret spa for hair, spray tan and make up for events and holidays and have had a great experience with finding really good practitioners. I’ve also found the customer service to be very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Consistently great experience with Secret Spa
I have used Secret Spa a couple of times recently for an at home spray tan and both experiences with Amanda have bern amazing! The account set up / booking system is super easy to use and very intuitive, and the customer service is outstanding. I will definitely continue to use Secret Spa for this treatment and explore other at-home treatment services moving forward too!

Loved loved my treatment with Karolina
Loved loved my treatment with Karolina. So efficient and easy. Came in and just got to it, no fuss, no excessive talking whilst had to work throughout the treatment. Amazing and loved it. Definitely using SS again.

Wow - so relaxing
Wow! I was lucky enough to be going to the BAFTA’s yesterday
I was struggling finding a hairdresser open as it was a Sunday and I had to be red carpet ready for 12 noon.
This is where I found secret spa.
They didn’t have the time I wanted so I did a request and they found me Petronella.
She came to my hotel room and made me red carpet ready in the time I requested.
No issue with travelling to and from a hairdressers
I was able to not stress.
Would def use again.

Very disappointing, uneven spray tan
Very disappointing spray tan! The end result is uneven and there are very obvious areas on my body that were completely missed with the spray gun, like the sides of my arms and legs where I’m left with white streaks. I’ve had better results doing my own fake tan application at home, which is what I’ll be sticking to doing from now on. My beauty therapist was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease, so it’s a shame to have this bad result. I feel she should’ve taken her time to throughly check if she had done an even application or needed to address some areas. Instead, it felt rushed and she clearly didn’t check the application well enough before proceeding to dry the spray with warm air.
There are a couple of dark patches where the tan stuck to medical adhesive from dressings that I thought I had exfoliated off but evidently some of it still remained. I fully accept this is not as a result of Olga’s technique and I would like to make it clear that I am NOT complaining about these specific dark patches. My dissatisfaction lies with the very uneven application by Olga with the spray gun, whereby there are parts of my body with no tan at all. Additionally, we discussed a light-medium colour and it has come out way darker than that. As a person with fair skin, it looks extremely unnatural. I’m forced to scrub the tan off immediately, which is a complete waste of money.

Without seeing the results, it’s difficult for us to properly assess what may have caused the finish, as a number of factors can sometimes affect how a tan develops on the skin.

Great reflexology!
I've used secret spa a few times for massages and had really enjoyable experiences. This was my first time having reflexology at home. I'm housebound so having the service available in my own home is such a blessing. Keely was personable and professional, the reflexology was great and I felt the benefits that evening and the days that followed. I was so pleased that I booked again with her the following week. I'd definitely recommend Secret Spa and Keely!

Bryony was absolutely amazing at doing my hair and make up for an awards ceremony I had to attend in London. I live in Scotland and did not know where to go in London to get all glammed up for the awards ceremony then I came across Secret Spa. I looked through the Therapists and chose Bryony and wow I was not disappointed. My hair and make up was beyond what I expected and I looked and felt a million dollars.
