The company was very helpful processing my order. When I had a question during installation they provided prompt and accurate help.

I bought a 6 camera NVR system. But did not install for a month due to weather. Once I did i ran into issues with the system not operating properly. Contacted Secomart support and they suggested I send unit back. They had it fixed, fully tested and shipped out the same day.

Received unit and it worked as expected. Great service!

Customer Support was terrific when there was a warranty issue.

This item and many other items like the motion sensor and water detectors are identical as what’s offered on AliExpress but named different. The vibration sensors are using identical main boards and work exactly the same connecting to your smart alarms for less than $3 a piece. Bought and tested both. I do not recommend.

Good product, this my 2nd time purchase the NVR camera kits with (one with 8 cameras an the other with 6 cameras).

I was having trouble with one of my camera's. So I contacted Elder support on line. I gave all the information they needed to solve the problem. Within two days of emailing back and forth. The problem was solved. I would recommend and give there support team five stars.

I have an AI RB1 ELDER system with 8 cameras installed in August 2025. One of my cameras gradually stopped working at the end of December. As it turned out water entered the protection capsule of the CAT connection due to inadequate work performed by my technician. Secomart went out of their way to have this problem rectified, although the issue was not covered by their warranty. They are repairing the camera with no cost of repair and no shipping cost to be covered by me. I very much appreciate their approach and certainly recommend them and this system. The NVR and the cameras are a great addition to the security around the house.

Excellent assistance troubleshooting possible causes as to the issues we were experiencing with a couple different cameras . Once it was deemed they needed returned for tech to look at them, they looked at them and had new replacements on the way back in less than a week.

Was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward everything feels. The site makes it easy to browse their product range and find what you need without getting lost in menus.

I had an issue with my system. After 3 interactions it ended up being a simple fix but tech support took on average 2 days to respond each time.

I had contacted customer support with a variety of questions prior to my purchase and had a small issue after my installation process. In both instances the customer service was both quick and helpful. I must say that the product works extremely well and the customer support is definitely a 5 out of 5!

The customer service took the time to investigate the issue with my camera and ended up offering a remplacement camera free of charge, after they concmuded the existing one had a faulty battery !
The team was very patient and providing continuous support and guidance on how to manage the issue to find out the root cause.

I had a screen problem when I first powered up the unit but after contacting your company I got a response almost right away. Also after that first glitch, I had a few more questions which were also answered right away.
