Seamless Travel Anmeldelser

As someone who travels often for business, I've relied on Seamless Travel for numerous bookings over the years and eventually upgraded to their membership program for my travel logistics. My recent experience made me trust them as my preferred booking partner.

I booked a Black Friday promotion that included "Flexible Travel Dates," and later needed to adjust my itinerary ahead of an end of the year conference with my financial firm, Frontier Invest Corp. When I contacted the Travel concierge, there was an initial uncertainty regarding whether the flexibility add-on had been applied. Their team jumped in to double-check everything for me. They kept me updated while reviewing every details to ensure the add-on listed on my invoice.

I really appreciated that they took the time to investigate thoroughly instead of giving me a quick , dismissive answer. It shows they care about accuracy and their customers.

Thank you, Seamless Travel, for always making things right and for valuing customers.

What made our experience great? Everything!! We met Anthea in 2019 She created our dream family vacation then covid caused us to cancel. She was more concerned about our disappointment than her loss. Thanks to her team's creative and expert planning, we are taking our granddaughter to NYC next week. THANK YOU! You are THE BEST travel agency on the planet! Susan and Bob Murrill

We needed flights on very short notice. Peter helped within minutes. He followed our journey until after midnight to make sure we arrived safely. He also arranged a trustworthy driver to our final destination.

Floyd is indeed God sent...Seamless travel is focusing mainly on Excellent, Efficient and Effective Customer Service. In England I received outstanding service, In Addis Ababa attending to AU matters, where they prevented my husband from boarding due to damaged passport and wanted him to buy a return ticket around 5am...Floyd woke up in a middle of his good sleep and assisted us and we managed to travel together...This kind of service is unheard of...Keep this outstanding service by giving your customer the best service no matter the time. May God richly bless you. We are stuck with Seamless Travel forever and we will spread this wonderful news. May God take your company to the greater heights!!!
