Jimmy's Car Hire Anmeldelser

I had a great experience with Jimmy's Car Rental. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly as expected. Ryan was fantastic to deal with throughout the process, easy to communicate with, responsive, and always willing to help. The whole rental experience was smooth and hassle free. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Great experience, used Jimmy's May '26 just for one day. Did exactly what it says on the tin "no hassle pick up and drop off". Very convenient no endless paperwork no waiting. Would definitely use again. Thanks Ryan.

Excellent experience. The car was exceptionally well maintained and in top-notch condition. We had a wonderful time exploring Cape Town with it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful. Just what I was looking for.. only jimny’s rental. And in a place like CPT that is just perfect. Cars are just amazing. Thank you guys!

Can’t fault the service. Drop off and collection were on time and car was in perfect condition.

Great experience hiring a car with Jimmy. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. The pick up and drop off processes were seamless. Great car. Thanks

Exceptional service. Everyone we spoke to at Jimmy’s was helpful, friendly, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The car was absolutely fantastic. We were running late for our flight and Ryan even came to meet us at the drop and go terminal last minute so we didn’t have to park inside - 12/10 would highly recommend Jimmy’s. We’ll definitely be using them for our future trips.

We had an amazing experience with Jimmy’s Car Hire for our Garden Route trip! We rented the Jimny named Amelia, and she was absolutely perfect – clean, reliable, and so much fun to drive.

A special shoutout to Ryan, who welcomed us with a warm smile and supported us throughout the rental. His communication was excellent clear, quick, and genuinely caring – which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We couldn’t have asked for a better car or better service. We’ll definitely choose Jimmy’s Car Hire again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Walked in to the depot in Sea Point and met Ryan who had us on the road inside 15 mins. Very easy complete the hire paperwork and pay online

We had to wait an hour to take delivery of the Jimny, even though a firm arrangement was made for a time of collection.

It was clear that there was no intention to meet us at the correct time. A lie was offered that it is 30 min late - but with 30 min past it was communicated it is in the wash bay.

Great way to start a holiday - standing in a parking lot if the airport waiting for an hour, because my time has no worth.

Drop off was no improvement

Easy process. Ryan was great at handover and handing back. He was willing to be contacted at any time during our stay if we needed to. I would book again.

Such an easy process, managed to book a car at 4.30pm and picked it up at 6pm.
Nice guy at the hand over and collection.
Would recommend to anyone and would use again happily

The process was so easy! No delay in communication. No deposit needed. No credit score. You simply pay and collect.

The gent who helped me was Ryan. He was quite helpful and responsive. He even assisted me earlier than the booking time stated. Very flexible.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

A very well-organized small car rental company that only offers Jimny's. We initially searched in vain for an office location in Seapoint, but it doesn't exist. Everything is done via the website and WhatsApp. The clear contract is created and signed online, and data and documents are uploaded online. Everything is quick and pragmatic, without unnecessary, time-consuming, and confusing paperwork. The handover of the vehicle and a brief introduction by Ryan took place at a gas station in Seapoint and was lightning fast, as everything had already been clarified in advance. Any further questions before and during the rental period were always answered quickly via WhatsApp. The Jimny is really fun to drive and is also not immediately recognizable as classic rental car in traffic. Returning the vehicle to the same location was just as quick and easy. All this at a very good and fair price. Highly recommended.

Amazing personal experience. Communication was fantastic and service was excellent. Car was fantastic!

What a great experience! Fantastic communication before, during and after the rental dates. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent experience! Super friendly, great car and perfect service. Much recommended, would always go back to rent again. Thanks Ryan!

Best experience ever. Great service from delivery of vehicle to pick up. Highly recommend Jimmy’s!!

Communication about the booking from leading up to the pick up date, to the actual pick up and drop off date. The ease of making a booking and payment. Everyone is so helpful and responsive. Best car hire experience I've had.

Everything went really well! Ryan waited for us at the airport even though we were late (both picking up and dropping off). Thanks again for the service! I recommend Ryan.
