Follow up to my review of 2022-Jun-23 :
I sent Seabrook Clark emails on 22-03-4, 22-03-21, 22-03-28, 22-05-05, 22-05-13 about unknown transfers out of an Account, but did not receive any responses to date about these issues until 22-06-21. The issue is still not resolved, & their server is blocking my emails to them.

Seabrook Clarks have still NOT provided the information on those Assets Transferred Out of my parents estate accounts, & I have had to initiate a Subject Access Request, to try to obtain the required information. Some information was provided, however, the key information is blocked by a login issue. They are once again blocking my emails, in which I have asked them to resolve this issue.

Honestly, if you want your estates to be stuck in limbo for years without resolution, chose Seabrook Clark to mange your investments. (Though you & your heirs may suffer the consequences)

If anyone has seen my previous review posted this morning I would like to apologise to Seabrook Clark as this was my mistake as the review was concerning Seabrook Crisps. I have had no experience
of dealing with Seabrook Clark and hope I've totally deleted that erroneous review.

Mathew Clark came to see me regarding my investments, he was very polite and easy to talk to, I felt he was very genuine and although I have decided to withdraw my investments it was on Mathews advice owing to the fact it wasn't a massive investment, so it would cost me more in fees than I would gain, he most definitely did not make me feel that I had wasted his valuable time, he continued to be very chatty and helpful, I would highly recommend him to anyone who would be in need of an investment company.

I had to see Matthew Clark regarding my elderly mother and he was obviously very knowledgeable about later life issues. He was courteous and professional and I will definitely return if I have family financial matters that require his attention.

Matthew was very good at explaining issues and it was a relief that his expertise didn't mean that he assumed I understood more than I did. He showed a genuine interest in my concerns about what my investments could be or should be supporting. He gave me the confidence to learn about and discuss matters about which I have very little experience

We took on Seabrook Clark as our financial adviser a couple of years ago when our previous adviser retired. We transferred both our AJ Bell Sipps into the AJ Bell Investcentre which relieves me of day-to-day portfolio monitoring and management. We also have regular reviews of performance and financial strategy with Matthew Clark, who explains changes in legislation that affect us. Matthew's ability to explain financial matters in ordinary terms is excellent. The support staff are also friendly and helpful when dealing directly with clients.
