SDJ Sports was founded in 2012 by three sports retail business professionals and keen sports enthusiasts who shared a common vision - to offer quality sports brands at all price points to worldwide customers using the latest technology available to them and to fully utilise their combined years of experience and supplier relationships in the sports retail sector. We initially began trading on the eBay platform, launching with about 20 products. Within three months and after a lot of hard work, SDJ Sports had become "Top Rated" sellers on the eBay platform and achieved "Titanium Power Seller" status. By autumn of 2013 we had also opened an amazon store and were launching our first website. The website has been a successful addition to our sales channels giving customers more information and contact options than we had previously enjoyed. SDJ Sports also recently invested in a fully integrated warehouse management software system, which is used by one of the UK's largest high street and online retailers. We made this investment in order to make dispatch as slick as possible. The system integrates all our orders from around the world into one place, from all our selling markets and this means we have a competitive advantage when it comes to getting your order to you as soon as we can.

Wrong items sent & poor support
I ordered 4 x 26" tyres & 4x 26" inner tubes on the 5th Jan.
The order arrived two days later but all the items were incorrect (4 × 24" tyres & 4 x 24" inner tubes.
Emailed SDJ Sports asking them to rectify this, the reply I received was as follows:
Morning,
Apologies to hear this, it appears there is a listing error on this item.
Could you please arrange to return these tyres back to us using the below returns link
Once these have been given to the courier could you please send us the tracking ID for the parcel and we can arrange for the replacement sets of 26” tyres with tubes to be dispatched to you.
So I did as requested, returned the item & sent the the tracking number via email only to receive the following reply:
Hi,
That’s great! Thank you for letting us know & your full refund will be processed as soon as it received into our warehouse.
Seems to me they're not interested
in good customer service just volume of sales!

Incredibly quick delivery. Well packaged. Fantastic product. I really enjoyed making the model. I have added it to my vintage Lundby doll house. I am very impressed.
It was very easy to put together and the pieces are very well constructed.

Great customer service , Competitive prices.
I had a spoke break on my rear wheel at 5am en-route to work.
It must have been fate, as a search that day found a Pro-Lite MD 20 wheelset on sale, with a big reduction on SDJ sports website.
Quick Google search was positive, made a phone call to SDJ and spoke with Jeanine , I wanted to know if the wheelset would be compatible with my bike , Jeanine was brilliant , she wasnt an expert, but if I emailed her all the details of my bike she would check it with someone who would know and get back to me.
A short time later one email returned telling me the wheels would fit , purchase completed, wheels set out and delivered two days later.
A bit of a longer review, but I was very impressed with the customer service from SDJ and Jeanine .
I would use them again for future purchases and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family alike.

Not correct item
I did not receive the particular brand of item that I ordered. I was given a cheaper product even though the branded item I ordered was said to have been in stock.
The other items were as ordered and delivery was quick and securely packaged, shame I didn't get branded product or it would have been 5 stars.

Morning,
Apologies for the confusion it appears that Raleigh had discontinued their branding on their tubes and kept the same SKU when supplying us.
These CST tubes provided are the same quality and tube as the Raleigh ones as Raleigh do not make tubes and just rebranded the CST ones.
CST make a considerable amount of other brand's tubes as they are the world's largest tyre manufacturer and also sell them as their own in CST and Maxxis brands.
I cannot see any contact from yourselves so we have been unable to assist on this issue before the review.
