Ordered phone case as present and quick delivery and photo is excellent quality. Beautiful case. Excellent customer service as wrong item delivered first which was my fault and messaged them on site at 9pm and got answer within mins and resolved it in under 20mins and got correct one a few days later. So impressed order a new phone case for myself. Highly recommend

As we mentioned in conversations, as the item is personalised, it is unfortunately non refundable or returnable, unless the item is damaged or defective.
On our site, you create your own items by uploading photos, scaling and positioning them as you’d like, and are shown a preview of what your finished item will look like, 3 times before you check out. You have moved your image from the default position, and moved it to the bottom of the case, rather than the middle.
The item you received was exactly as shown on the 3 previews, which you had created, it is not damaged or defective, and is covered in your photos so is unable to be returned or refunded.
We’re sorry you’re not happy, but as the item you received is the exact same as you had ordered, and were shown 3 times before checkout, we are not able to refund this item. If the item differed in any way to the preview you created, or was damaged or defective, a full refund would have been processed, no problem at all.

Good quality case.
I needed a new case, and having just lost my dog, wanted a photo case. Found this company and decided to try one them. Easy to order/upload on the website. I paid for tracked delivery. Ordered over the weekend, arrived on Wednesday. I can't fault it. Good quality, feels sturdy. Phone fits nice and snug. I would definitely recommend and I will use again.

Order hasn't been received. My emails are going un answered. Do not use this company! 29/12 I have received an email and been refunded which I appreciate but would have liked to receive the gift I ordered my dad.

Sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. Our free standard delivery has a delivery aim of 4-5 working days, although it has been considerably longer than this due to the busy period. We use Royal Mail for the standard delivery, and it’s all over the news how snowed under they are with standard mail. We do offer express, fully tracked services, for a very small fee, which we advise are used if items are required by a set date.
As we mentioned in our reply emails to you, the reason our replies were taking considerably longer than usual is due to all of your emails arriving in our junk/spam folder. If this persists, we’d advise you liaise with your hosting provider who will be able to help resolve this for you.
In relation to your refund, it was processed yesterday, and is powered by Stripe. Refunds take the same processing time as a typical card transaction, so this will show in your account tomorrow or Thursday for you,

Great service and product
I was a bit dubious about ordering as I'd seen a few bad reviews on here, I even paid extra to get 48 tracked postage. I ordered on Sunday evening and it came Tuesday lunch time and the phone case looks great so will 100% use again the the future.

Load of Rubbish.
Ordered a phone case on the 9th November. Its now the 20th and the item hasn't arrived. I have tried numerous times to contact the company but I have no answer and no response. I would avoid buying anything from this company. Feel like I've been conned and a birthday gift has now been ruined. Joke.

ordered a phone case as a present about 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. The tracking number on Royal Mail states they haven’t received the item yet and shipping is 3-5 working days it’s now been 7 plus the weekend. Very unhappy with this service and won’t be ordering again!

I have had 3 cases now and all so perfect to what I wanted. This last one was special to me as my boy whom meant the world to me passed away. Excellent service
Very easy too use the process of ordering. Very quick turn a round and kept up-to-date with what was happening. Tye quality of the photos used is outstanding. Have ordered about 27 slates over the last few months and every single one has been great. Can't fault anything at all.

The customiser can be fiddly, especially with multiple images on smaller devices. For precision we’d recommend using a tablet, or desktop if you have one available.
