Delighted with my experience! Ordered a phone case as a gift for my mum and we were initially disappointed that the plastic didn’t last. Scottsy got in contact immediately to rectify the issue and sent out a new, sturdier case on the same day with speedy delivery. This gift was very sentimental and my mum is so happy with it! Thank you ☺️

The first item was not received, and a replacement was sent out. The replacement has faults on the surface which look terrible. I have been informed that this is just part of the natural slate, but it isn’t. It is clear that the photograph has been printed over dirt or dust and the quality looks extremely poor. There is a big lump on the forehead of the subject of the photograph which catches the light and is very noticeable. The surface is also covered in tiny scratches which wouldn’t have been worth complaining about individually, but combined with the clear faults - overall just looks extremely disappointing. I’ve had many photo slates in the past from different companies, so I completely understand that they all have different uneven edges etc and are unique - but my issue isn’t with that - and the company just seem to want to passively aggressively reply stating it’s to be expected. Products from other companies are of far superior quality and they obviously don’t take criticism well. Aside from this, the heart slate doesn’t fit into the plastic holders so the only way it could be displayed anyway would be to lean it against something, for example a wall. I’ve also been told in emails that they have never had issues in the past, however I have read these myself in reviews since so I know this is incorrect. Definitely wouldn’t order again, or recommend.

I’d recommend definitely!! You’d think for a cheap phone case it wouldn’t be great… but it is, the photos look great, it came really fast and I was very surprised with the quality for only £10 !! I love my case. The edge around the phone is alittle thin but you can’t expect loads for £10! I am very happy with my case thankyou

Would be fine had to contact them they made a error with my order send the wrong case and they know about the error now I have to wait for the replacement hopefully they can get it right part from that the photos on the case is right with them giving me the wrong case I can’t see my child head on the 1st photo hopefully it be fine on the replacement

Ordered a personalised photo phone case for Samsung A21s (not many services cater for this model of phone) for £12.99. Both partner and myself never expected the quality case that we received! The photo was crystal clear, the case was fantastic quality! This is for a Christmas gift for the mother-in-law and we are both over the moon with the quality and delivery time. This company are INCREDIBLE so royal mail lost my daughters present for her father it was delivered to the wrong address it would of meant nothing to anybody else except my daughter and her poorly father.
So we've been in a right state.
Today 1 arrives so I messaged this scottsy and said it's arrived for the reply to say this was a replacement we sent out yesterday. We are eternally grateful and this is where I'm getting all my slate and prints done now. Not only that the quality is AMAZING!!! thankyou so so so so much x

Order five times from this company, no issue with the first 3 but last week received a photo slate, great quality photo but chunk missing of the corner, I did receive a replacement free of charge a few days later. Ordered another photo slate on Monday, received today again a corner chunk missing. I was asked to send it back which I refused, don't see why I should pay postage, then I was told I would get a refund after them saying its the post man( orders gone to different addresses) and then saying the print isn't damaged, I did not say the print is damaged. They said they will no longer take orders of me , bear in mind I've spent over 100 on this company. How can this item be in perfect condition when there is a chunk missing on left top corner. Is there anyway I can upload photos on here

Ordered one of the slate photos for a Christmas gift,amazing quality when arrived but noticed I had spelt one of the names wrong 🤦‍♂️ completely my mistake but contacted the seller and they were able to offer me 20% off my next order as a good will gesture. Was able to re order a new one this time with the correct spelling. Customer service was perfect,dispatch time was prompt and overall a great product. Would definitely use again 👍🏻

Phone case looks very nice, quality is very good and picture has come up in excellent quality. Ordered on 2nd class tracked and arrived on time.
Just disappointed that the phone no longer charges wirelessly as the case must be too thick or made from a material that interferes.
