Sciencus app and service is 1st class
Sciencus app and service is 1st class, the app has so much to it, schedules, contacts etc, and delivery personnel are very polite and helpful, nowadays having app is so much easier to keep track, with new features etc added regularly.
I cant fault it, easy to use, an example for the rest to follow, well done its 5 stars from me.

The "experience" was good, not great
The "experience" was good, not great. Delivery was at a good time but it would have been better if the driver was able to call or text me on arrival so that I didn't have to stand outside in the rain to make sure of not missing them.

Absolutely fantastic

Excellent Belfast nursing team …
The Belfast nursing team are absolutely second to none. Their duty of care and the information and knowledge they have provided during my breast cancer treatment has been absolutely excellent! Nothing is too much trouble for them and all such friendly girls!

Sciensus has been supplying my medication for several years, they always communicate the date and time slot for my delivery a few weeks before the due date. Reminding me the day before, and on the day updating how many stops before I receive the delivery.

I have never wrote a review before …
I have never wrote a review before but felt I needed too. The Belfast Team have all been absolutely fantastic in helping me through my cancer journey. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so professional and yet caring and emphatic. Every one of them were so knowledgeable and efficient. The Nurses on the care team who checked in on me with phone calls and a few times I had to ring them were absolutely fantastic too. I'm going to name them so I'll put them in alphabetical order so there's no favoritism lol...Thankyou all so much and well done Sciensus..
