I’m very happy with Lloyds clinical services. They have clear friendly communication about their service and are always professional, helpful and have good communication over our deliveries. Joe has excellent customer service over the phone and I’d highly recommend Lloyds Clinical.

I spoke to Joe today to arrange my next delivery and he was extremely nice and professional. I asked him about getting a smaller sharps bin ( I've asked before and been told there's no choice), he talked through all the options and helped me choose one that would fit in my medical cupboard. Thanks very much Joe, much appreciated 👍

Once again I had an excellent experience phoning Lloyd’s clinical. Every time I phone I speak to the most helpful people, who cannot do enough for me. They are always so polite and pleasant. They are so organised right from delivery dates being given out up to the actual delivery itself. They have an excellent system which clearly works. Thank you.

I have only just been put with this company. The delivery was only a few minutes late but was not a problem. I was unsure about how to adninister the medication so rang about a nurse visit for help. I spoke to joe on 16th april and he was very helpful and went over and above to sort the nurse visit out also sorted the next two deliveries out for me. Joe was super helpful on the phone - making arrangements for medication delivery very easy and stress free to coordinate delivery day and sharps bin replacement. Always find the team helpful when I speak with them.

A superb service! I was proactively contacted if I hadn't booked in my next delivery where flexible dates were readily available. Medication always arrived during the time slot arranged and delivered by polite and helpful couriers. Any correspondence with staff was efficient and effective with the advisors being helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this 5 star service.
