I am a long standing customer of many years. Nice to deal with a company that answers the phone promptly and have your own account manager, who I have always found to be efficient and friendly. Nice people to deal with.

Quick, helpful and friendly service

Our experience has been great, the team are continually helpful, responsive and easy to work with. They communicate clearly and make sure any issues are resolved quickly. What they do particularly well is provide reliable support and maintain strong, proactive communication throughout.

Steph is very responsive and professional. She understands my business and how important communication services are to us and in turn to our customers.

Sometimes there was a delay and I was waiting for answers without hearing anything back, but all in all service was good and everything was finalised to our satisfaction

I needed a copy invoice and Ben Pennifold was very quick to help and suggested that the reason I have to manually request copies each month is due to our IT system putting them in the spam/junk folder.
