Ik wacht al een tijd op mijn €280 die ik heb uitbetaald. Id verification en proof of adress nog steeds pending. De customer live support helpt totaal niet, ze praten zelfs gebrekkig engels. Krijg alleen maar slappe smoesjes over uitbetaling, maar blijf maar wachten. Hoop dat het geld toch wordt uitbetaald, want ik heb het idee dat ze scammers zijn.

Veel excuses hoor je maar je geld mog steeds niet waar je recht op hebt

Inmiddels hebben ze netjes uitbetaald, had ze gezegd dat ik naar de Nederlandse Ambassade in Malta had gebeld voor de juiste personen en had ook gebeld en vertelde dat Scatters via chat en mail en met 2 dagen had ik het geld

Ook al dagen bezig maar elke keer exuses , erg dat hun zo met klanten omgaan. Nu instanties ingelicht en ook in Malta

I am not 100% sure why you have mentioned the Dutch Embassy on your review, any account you have would be under your name, and we would not be in any position to discuss this with anyone other than you - Even the Embassy have rules for GDPR which must be followed.

We have had a backlog unfortunately due to payment providers pulling out unexpectedly, which lead to a backlog when they started to return players winnings and refunds etc.
I am sorry that we have taken some time, it may have been we have been waiting on funds being returned to us, however I would like you to resat assured that the MGA licence we hold would do much more for your funds than the embassy.

Won big at Scatters but they don't pay

I have won big at Scatters Casino, but they do their best to stall and keep me from getting my money. According to their own terms and conditions a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied within two days, which is a joke. I have two pending withdrawals (5400 and 5700 Euros) that have been pending for nine days now. I have contacted their support a number of times through email and the live support and all I get are a lot of excuses. The latest is an email saying that now they have verified my account even though I got emails saying that my KYC documents were approved even before I made my withdrawals.

I have now upgraded my review to two stars since I got an email saying that my withdrawals were now approved, but since I didn't find any money in my account I wasn't totally releived. I use Trustly, which is an instant banking service, but after further inquiries I've decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and see if the money shows in my account after a couple of days. According to their email it could take 3-7 bank days depending on what service you use. Instant banking should be instant, but because of the large sum it could be stopped by a bank or something. There are a lot of rules when it comes money laundrying so who knows. I still have hope! I'll update you again.

**UPDATE**
Have now waited 6 full bank days, but no money in sight. According to Scatters Casino's live support, which I contacted yesterday a Trustly withdrawal takes a maximum of 5 bank days. According to Trustly banking is instant but in rare cases it can take up to 2 bank days. I hope that Scatters solves this quickly now so that I do not have to go on with an ADR procedure to solve it.

**UPDATE**
A few more days have passed and I received a message from Scatters that I should have received the money by now and was asked to send them a bank statement, which I did to prove that there is no money in sight. Frustrating!

After a complaint at AskGamblers my case was immediately solved by Scatters Casino. It's the largest casino winnings I've ever experienced but I still only give them three stars since the experience of not receiving my winnings for such a long time and that I had to make a public complaint to get it really made me lose all trust in them.

Everything is solved now and When I finally got an answer I totally understod why it took so long.
So Scatters is still my favourite casino😊👍

I have played at Scatters for a long time and have always considered them to be the best casino I’ve tried. Friendly, helpful, clean layout and clear rules. But last week my account was picked for additional verification and it still isn’t finished even though I have sent them all details about my economy- even bank statements and loan approvals.
I have tried to contact the verification team several times but they don’t even answer me. This feels demeaning and humiliating, and it’s even worse since i finally had some luck and is in dire need of the money in my pending withdrawals. I just don’t know what to do.

I made 25€ deposit played a while and ended up 35€ in balance. At this point I decided to withdraw the money. I waited over 48hrs since sending the withdraw. Then I contacted livechat several times. They always responded the same way "I check the case, I will move it to forward" etc. muck. They even claimed that the time calculator starts from different timezone... :D. Have never heard so poor excuse. I am never going to touch this casino again and recommend everyone to avoid these scammers.

On October 25, €1185 cashed out , October 27 I received an email that the money has been transferred and that it will be in my bank account within 3-7 days, but to this day I have not received anything !! Contacted customer service several times to be told to wait and see. Last Friday the 7 days were over so had contact with customer service again and now they say we will investigate it, you will receive an email as soon as we know more, 4 days later still no email! Now when I ask customer service if the money has been transferred, they say that they can't say anything about it until the investigation is over, while each time they said it has been transferred and that I just have to wait! Don't fall for it people!!!!!

waiting for a month now

I've been waiting for a month on my withdrawals of €2250 now and every time I ask for an update they tell me its forwarded to another department (which you can't contact) I still have hope, but it's starting to look like they are fraudes. If I do receive my money I will update this review.

*updated review* verification went well relatively quick their support isn’t the best just one worded answers when you need to reach someone on the live chat. Bonuses are more fairer first you will make use of your cash balance then the bonus balance which is how it should be.

When it comes to Withdrawals they take extremely long to be actually processed and approved by a member of the team. They say ranging from 24-48hrs someone had said previously it took 10 days? The fear is that you will ever get what you have won at all. It doesn’t seem fair to me as a player and if you want loyal customers to return it’s something that seriously needs to be improved on their side.

We always look to get withdrawals processed in the quickest time possible, and once verified we will have them completed for you with more "gusto", as it were.

We have had cases where players have had delays, sometimes we make mistakes as real people. However a fair argument here would be verification which is required for us to be compliant with any local laws and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) which require us to have various details from our players. Without these documents we are unable to process various aspects, and this can lead to hold-ups.

The chat is only open for a few hours a day.

Verification takes a long time with many documents that are to be sent here and there.

Withdrawals take a long time.

As long as you are to their advantage, you are their best friend.

Really good casino

Really good casino. I have been a member for a few months and I was a bit sceptical about this site at 1st becuase of the reviews, so normally I have a issue with sites when it comes to withdrawaling even a little amount but this site no problems within 6hours it was in my bank and that was though the night.

Also they have a tone of games you can play and very easy to use the site.
I like the fact that when you do join they give you a warning when you deposit to say you need to validate your account which I did as soon as I joined which in my eyes people who play online casinos should know that this has to be done via the sites it has to be done on all sites which its a legal requirement.

If anyone is having a issue with withdrawing send a email to them they do email back. Most of the time it is because they player hasn't verified there account. Once verified you will not have a issue unless they ask for proof of earnings then you just send more documents in.

Down fall is that when I joined I used to get offers but now I don't get any.

I will still use the site as the game selection is really good
